Karen is a former Filipino Archer, and an advocate for Women in Sport.
Listen to learn about Karen's journey, growing up in the Philippines, being a National Archer to more recently holding roles such as the Chef De Mission for the Asia Games, President of the National Federation for Sepaktakraw and Deputy Secretary General of the Philippine Olympic Committee. All of these roles as a volunteer.
Karen speaks passionately about her advocacy for Women in Sport and the challenges and obstacles she and other women face.
