How Your Past Affects Your Present - Inner Child Journey Part 3
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
I used to think that the way to heal was three simple steps.
Step 1 –Identify your old, negative, unattractive patterns.
Step 2 – Create new positive attractive patterns.
Step 3 - Practice the new patterns until you can’t get them wrong

However, it misses some important things.
Mainly, it misses acknowledging why the old patterns were there in the first place.
It doesn’t give compassion to the younger you’s and the current you that are acting the way you are because you’re scared or sad.
And, because of that, you don’t really heal and keep acting out the same old patterns.
Learn what to do instead in today’s episode.
