Barbara is a mom of teenage twins, a High School Teacher, a Personal Trainer, Mindset Coach, and Professional Speaker. As a teacher, trainer, athletic coach, and mindset coach, the mission is to motivate my clients to action. Her passion is helping others to regenerate their lives by losing the beliefs & fears that genuinely keep them from achieving their goals and finding the confidence to build a healthier, happier life.
