My name is Nicole Hundt , I’m 36 and a mom of 2 boys .Tyler is 12 and Emmett who is 9. I was born and raised in Vancouver and moved to Saskatchewan 14 years ago after I met my husband. We have a 1800 acre grain farm. He also works on the drilling rigs. Just over 2 years ago I had an opportunity to get my 1a licence and move careers from secretary to trucker and something about the idea of driving truck gave me a drive and desire to go for it. What could it hurt. I could drive truck a bit and it would be great for the farm considering no one else has their 1a. The moment I got behind the wheel during my training I was hooked. The endless adventures were right in front of me just waiting . I never looked back . One year after I got my licence I bought my semi. It’s a beautiful 1999 Peterbilt. Getting into trucking has inspired my boys to set goals for them selfs in the future and they tell me all the time how proud they are of me .
