Thanks in part to her work, Chanel, Victoria Beckham, and Jil Sander have recently banned exotic animal skins. California has banned the sale of fur and most exotic skins; scores of designers and retailers, including Prada, Chanel, Balmain, and Macy's, have banned fur; retailers such as H&M and ASOS have banned cashmere and mohair;
