You may not know what you are feeling exactly, but you know something is different. You may not be able to explain it or understand it. All of these feelings are what we call ‘That Foreign Feeling’.

Alcohol & Sobriety

This episode was filmed a couple years ago, but still rings true. Anna and her older brother Ben, who both stopped drinking alcohol ironically both around the age of 25 sit down to discuss alcohol and sobriety.

We wanted to launch this episode as another resource whether you are sober curious, want to partake in Dry January, Sober October, or don't drink yourself and don't want to feel alone. Or you might drink (and that's OK!! We are not judging those who do. Some of us just lose their privilege to drink, or can't handle their alcohol like some.)
