Today’s episode features a conversation with The Rev. Elmarie Parker who serves as a PCUSA Mission Co-Worker in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq. Since 2013 Elmarie and her husband Scott have worked in partnership with the Presbyterian Church in the region as well as other ecumenical bodies supporting their work in the face of the Syrian refugee crisis and especially now in the midst of a severe economic and political crisis in Lebanon.
