Joe Seeley has been a master trainer for over 15 years in New York City and Los Angeles. However Covid found him training people all over the world via Zoom, and now he has clients in many countries. Originally from Ohio, Joe studied at the (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is certified as a group fitness trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist (ages 4-90) Certified Behavioral Change Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist and Golf Fitness Specialist. His down to earth approach keeps each workout efficient, effective and challenging, always changing it up so you never get bored. But the main thing is his training approach is based in exercise science and experience, not based on the latest trends.
