On this episode, we welcome James Murley, Chief Resilience Officer for Miami-Dade County and Academy Fellow, to discuss unique resilience issues facing Miami-Dade County including planning for Hurricane Gonzalo and accounting for climate change, using community engagement to build county-wide strategy, applying lessons learned from the Zika virus to the COVID-19 pandemic, and modifications to resilience plans in the wake of the pandemic .
