We're back with another local Oklahoma City area entrepreneur, Michael Crowder. Michael owns Core Fresh, a ready-made meal pick-up and delivery company. Core Fresh empowers people who want to consciously and easily integrate healthy eating into their life while not sacrificing flavor.

He is also the co-founder of OKC Soda Co., which is a local craft soda company that one day hopes to turn into a complete craft beverage company.

In this episode Mike tells us all about his upbringing in the restaurant business and how he started two companies in one year. His refusal to give up has helped push through some difficult times as an entrepreneur. He believes having a great team around you is the key to success.
