In Episode 12 of Brewed with Hustle we spoke with leadership coach, Jay Sampson. I met Jay through a previous guest on BWH, Todd Vinson. Jay has worked with me recently to help me become a better leader for my business and family. Through his work with GIANT Worldwide, Jay has been helping others become liberating leaders.

We talked about the idea of "becoming a Sherpa" and why a Sherpa is the type of leader we should all strive to be like. Leading for others is at the heart of what Jay strives for as a leader and it's what he wants each of us to work towards.
