Widow’s Bay is Apple TV’s new comedy-horror series from Katie Dippold, with Hiro Murai directing the opening stretch and Matthew Rhys starring as Tom Loftis, the skeptical mayor of a cursed New England island trying to drag his town into the 21st century. We cover the first two episodes, from the haunted inn to cursed fog, white eyes, cannibalistic town lore, and a cast of comedians playing it straight… sort of.
