andrea:

Hey, good morning.

andrea:

It's Andrea, and we're back again for another episode of the Pure Light Project podcast. Today, I want to share with you a breath practice. It's from day 10 of the Calm Way, and before we begin that, let me just say I'm really glad you're here, say I'm really glad you're here, putting ourselves out there. You know, we don't know if anyone's listening, we don't know if anybody receives this, and for me it's okay. Either way, I feel really compelled to share this with people, not in the way that I used to, though, you know, not in the way that oh, how do you say it? You are perfect right now, just as you are. So this is more about what are you seeking so that you can walk through life with a little more peace and contentment. There's nothing that I or anyone else has that you need to complete you. There may be things we can share that help you, but you are complete and it's all right there. Sometimes we just have to learn how to translate ourselves better to ourselves, and translate the information from coming in as noise into something beautiful, like a beautiful melody. So, anyways, here's to translating, and this is a breath practice. So let me invite you to settle in and take a good posture, and then we'll begin, and this is for today and every day Breathe in, follow the breath moving through your body down to your seat, breathe out. Follow the breath as it exits your body. Follow the breath as it exits your body. Rest in the gap for as long as you like, and then begin the next inhale. Let your awareness follow the breath beyond you. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in to the soles of your feet, breathe out, breathe beyond the edges of your body. Do this simple practice until you settle. And so let me read it one more time Breathe in the breath moving through your body down to your seat, breathe out. Follow the breath as it exits your body. Rest in the gap for as long as you like, then begin the next inhale. Just keep breathing. Keep breathing. Let your awareness follow the breath beyond you, let your awareness follow the breath beyond you, let your awareness follow the breath beyond you. Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in now to the soles of your feet and breathe out. Breathe beyond the edges of your body. And do this simple practice as often as you like until you are able to settle.
