Dr. Malika Grayson Bio:
She is a global keynote speaker and best-selling author. From being the first black American woman to graduate with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering to best-selling book on her journey through STEM, each experience and struggle has taught her a lesson on taking impossibilities and turning them into probabilities.

As an engineer, she is skilled and driven with experience in data analysis, software development, project management, technical writing and editing . She has experience as a scrum master for agile teams with knowledge in SCRUM Framework and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams and Product Owners/Management. Additionally, I have extensive experience in computational fluid dynamics, modeling and simulation, and wind tunnel experimentation

Her passions include using her experience and journey as a platform to encourage minority women to pursue their advanced degrees. She has shared her story with students on all levels as well as companies in multiple forums around the country. Some of her topics include: Imposter Syndrome, Developing Professional Mentorship Relationships, Activating Your Network, Increasing Diversity, Inclusion and Representation and many others.
