He wrote and directed a soap for BBC2 - Twenty Steps to Better Management as well as produced a BBC series on the European Union aimed at schools called Inside Europe.

Today Marc heads up www.simply-communicate.com a highly respected community for over 8000 internal communication professional members.

His organisation runs the UK's largest events on developing the digital workplace: smilelondon - social media in the large enterprise.
