This episode Ray speaks with Jeffrey Scott about First Amendment Auditors. 

Chief (retired) Jeffrey Scott has served over 35 years in public safety (law enforcement / Fire / EMS / Emergency Management) in a wide variety of roles and ranks and retired as a Chief of Police in 2019.  Presently, he remains active as a Patrol Officer and Training Coordinator (part-time) for an agency in Northeast Ohio and is a former legal instructor.

Chief Scott has a passion for law enforcement education, research, and training. He is an accomplished author of many training articles, serves as a court recognized expert and is a nationally recognized speaker. Most notably is his quest for process improvement, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, as well as helping agencies in Constitutional Policing initiatives and strategies for success and risk mitigation and reduction. 

Chief Scott is a graduate of Franklin University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).  Chief Scott is a Certified Law Enforcement Executive (CLEE) and a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Class #265.

In his ‘spare time’ Chief Scott volunteers for many local charities and a proud 'cheer dad' and #1 fan to his daughter, who is a competitive cheerleader.  He also serves as an ordained Pastor over a small rural congregation.
