Our guests will share their leadership and managerial philosophies and successes and obstacles they have encountered in their careers. Chaplain Hardee is a graduate of Session 232 of the FBINAA, he’s a
retired Major from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Administrative
Bureau Commander. He has 42 years of law enforcement service in
Florida, serving in numerous capacities.

Chaplain Hardee has Bachelor’s degree from Goddard College-served
and served as Board Trustee in 2012
He served 8-years as a FBINAA Florida Chapter Area Representative
Elected to the Florida Board in 2016
President of the Florida Chapter 2020
Appointed as National Chaplain in 2021, currently serving in his second year.
