Adam has a heckuva story that I couldn't wait to share with you all:
He enlisted in the Army at 17 and got to work heavily in engineering, which was what he wanted. After the Army, he went to work at GE Healthcare and got to develop his inner engineer while learning more about the world of business, learning under the famous Jack Welch.
Then one day he got a call from a recruiter to see if he would be the president of Masterplan, Inc., a private-equity-backed service company. He then spent 21 years operating private-equity-backed companies in the service industry with a history of returning 5x MOIC (Multiple on Invested Capital) to investors.
Adam now runs CEO Advisory Guru LLC where he worked with companies to grow and be ready to sell.
