As Chief Digital Officer of Hearst UK, Paul Cassar is in charge of making sure the group’s 17 million online subscribers are satisfied with the quality of the content their brands are producing. With a social media following totaling more than 22 million, Paul says it has been fun and exciting to work for the first time with such well-known brands as Cosmopolitan, Esquire and ELLE. He says that being digitally successful is all about putting the customer first.
