This is a weekly podcast with me, my mic, and my friends. We call our weekly segments a Pod’n Meetin’ and it is released on midweek service day... Wednesday. I also do interviews that are released once a month or whenever I can get them released with some of the wonderful folks I’ve met over the years. I have no huge ambitions with this other than to share a story and hopefully have a laugh along the way. I am a pastor and was raised in a pastor's home. I've had the high honor of meeting some special folks along the way. It's my desire to have some meaningful conversations and give hope to someone who needs it. Hershall is my one listener! Hershall, this is groundbreaking stuff here today on Pod'N Me or as I said in the episode, 'history making,' if you will, and I think you will. I know it has been somewhat of mystery as to what happened to DInk Burbank aka Josh Smith. Well today we found out. He's been absent for months now and we find out that it was for a very good reason. Can we say, a music EP (abbreviation for extended play) is here and it is exclusively for Pod'N Me. You will NOT, and I retype, will NOT be disappointed. I kind of botched his intro due to difficulty in speaking today but it went well. Whilst in conversation with Josh Smith we found out he is an angel. We also wished a fan a belated (big word for "be late Ed") happy birthday (whose name likely wasn't even Ed but I digress). After some investigative skills of yours truly we found out that Josh Smith actually supplied the Deacon with his beloved dog, Puppet. We had a frustratitude during the feedback and Brooks shared some recent Sunday school reading trauma. Oh yeah, and the boys took several opportunities to demean my ministry... what's new there, huh?
