Lynne Hughes is a true testament to resilience and reinvention in the hospitality industry. Raised in Fowey, Cornwall, she’s spent over 30 years building a diverse career—running everything from a fine dining restaurant in Plymouth to turning a zero-star inn in Cornwall into a three-star success.  But her journey wasn’t without setbacks. After losing businesses due to unforeseen challenges, she found the strength to reinvent herself, rebuilding her career with a focus on sustainability and supporting local communities. Now based in Bournemouth, she continues to make an impact.
