Many mountain bikers will be familiar with the Morewood bicycle company from the early 2000s and most would have heard of the man Patrick Morewood himself. Starting out tweaking his bikes for better performance and durability in the 90s cross country and downhill scene to now designing progressive enduro, trail, and marathon bikes at Pyga Mountain Bikes. Patrick Morewood is a genius when it comes to bicycle design having been at the forefront of the geometry progression over the last 5-10 years.
We ask him about his story and how he fell in love with the weird and wonderful world of bicycles and all the highs and lows along the way.
