In this episode, I share with you my new mission. We know from academic evidence that organisations with a clear strategy outperform organisations without a strategy.
I extend this to explore the connection between organisational strategy and leader wellbeing. This supports my mission to promote agile strategies within schools. Or, to translate this into a phrase I prefer, to consider strategy as a learning process.
