Harpy Eagle
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cachaça
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- ½ of a banana
- Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, add ice, cachaca, coconut cream, and pineapple juice
- Cut the banana into pieces, add to blender, and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass, decorate with sliced banana
