Hi there!! Thanks for joining me!

Do you ever have moments of uncertainty, questioning if you are on the right track? Do you wonder whether a loved one who has passed is ok? Have you ever had a butterfly or dragonfly land on you or someplace near you and stay for an unusually long time? Do you see the same numbers again and again? Have you ever experienced something crazy that you just can't explain?

If so, you are in the right place, my friend. In this episode, we will dive into these magical and, at times, mysterious experiences. What they’re about, where they come from, and what they mean. SO MUCH FUN!

Ok, so let's get things rolling with a story.

My husband Michael's mom, Diana, passed away a few years ago. She was a super spunky woman with a very strong presence—not a shy bone in her body. She would walk into restaurants, and before you knew it, she was standing by a table chatting it up with everyone seated at it. I always asked, are those friends of yours? Do you know them? She'd always would say, 'nope'! 

I remember before our wedding years ago, we were having dinner, catching up on some details, and I asked her if she knew what she was going to wear. Without a moment's hesitation, she said, "Hibiscus!" I thought, hibiscus? Who wears hibiscus? But sure enough, the wedding day arrived, and yup! There she was, dressed from head to toe in this beautiful, bright reddish-orange pantsuit. Hibiscus. And she could pull it off, too. This is a woman you couldn't help but notice! She was no wall-flower, that's for sure! 

My son Kai was very close to Diana. They had a really sweet, special relationship. He called her affectionately "Dede." This was the first experience Kai had losing someone close. He was having a hard time with the loss. He missed her so much.

The morning of her memorial service was a clear but cold winter day. Kai had just taken a shower and was walking to his room; I’m sure, with a lot on his mind and a heavy heart when he heard this very loud bird. It was odd how loud it was with every door and window so tightly closed to keep out the cold. But he couldn't ignore the constant loud singing that seemed to get more urgent. Instead of going to his room, Kai went to investigate. There it was as he looked outside through this large picture window overlooking the yard—a bird looking straight at him, singing away. LOUDLY, without a single pause. Kai yelled, "Mom! You have to come look at this!" I dashed downstairs to him and there, in plain sight, was this beautiful – almost majestic - bright red cardinal. It was sitting on the branch of this large tree – a branch that extended beyond the rest of the tree so you couldn't miss it. It was clear to me what it meant. I shared with Kai that cardinals represent loved ones who have passed. It's said that when cardinals appear, loved ones are near. As the words sunk in, I saw this serene look come across Kai's face as his eyes teared up. He knew. His Dede was right there with him.

What would follow in the subsequent days, and honestly, countless times since, are visits from a beautiful, bright red, LOUD cardinal. Visits for Michael, visits for me, and visits for Kai. When Kai is having a tough day, a cardinal inevitably appears. On his graduation day from high school, the cardinal made its appearance. Where he works now? A cardinal has literally taken up residence, fluttering around outside the window right by him. And it's always the same. Bright red and LOUD.

After the death of someone close, have you received visits from cardinals? Or for you, maybe it's hummingbirds or butterflies. These are common SIGNS that lost loved ones are near. They want you to know.

Do you remember my interviews with Terece Horton? She has been a guest on this podcast twice. Terece lost her beautiful daughter Rebecca at the age of 11 in a car accident. Terece published a book called "Rebecca's Gift," and it it, she shares many stories about the signs she received after Rebecca’s death. But one was extraordinary. 

Terece's then 9-year-old son Oliver survived the crash but suffered severe injuries, so he was being treated in the area's leading trauma center in downtown Boston. A few days after the accident, Terece and her close friend Mary went outside the hospital. Terece had difficulty catching her breath since the accident and always needed fresh air. There was a lot of busyness outside the hospital that day; it was crowded with lots of folks passing through, and sadly many in need counting on the kindness of strangers to support them. It wasn’t the most peaceful place to be, but Terece was grateful that she could just get some fresh air and breathe. As they turned to go back inside, Terece looked down at her feet, and there in plain sight were two shimmering dimes side by side. They were so shiny they looked brand spanking new. How they hadn’t already been snatched up was baffling to her. Now, everyone who knows Terece knows she has this thing about picking up pennies and instinctively looking at their dates, curious about their significance. She loves finding coins. As she picked up these dimes, she gasped. She couldn't believe what she saw. One dime had the year 1982, the year of Rebecca's birth, and the other had 1994, the current year—the year of her death. All this emotion just poured out of Terece knowing that it was a sign from Rebecca. She was with her. There were no words. 

If you haven't listened to these interviews (episodes 5 and 23), please do. Through loss, there is still so much love. It truly never ends. 

Now if you have a more skeptical mind and are thinking, "Naaah, these are just coincidences." Let me share this story with you.

A few years ago, my friend Jennifer shared this experience with me. As I was preparing this episode, I actually called her to tell it to me again to make sure I remembered it correctly. 

As background, Jennifer and her husband Rick have four kids. Her family is very active. They all play one sport or another and are big sports fans, too. Apparently, it runs in the family. Rick's father was an extremely devoted, die-hard Red Sox fan. He LOVED that team, never missing a game. He lived outside of Massachusetts, though, so most of them had to be watched from home. Rick's father died before Jennifer and Rick had their kids. 

So on with the story. Jennifer's son Will had this commemorative Red Sox baseball in his bedroom. She couldn't exactly recall where it came from, but she suspected it was something Rick had and gave to him. This baseball was on one of those display stands that holds the ball in place so it doesn’t roll around – you know what I'm talking about. It sat on Will's dresser. On this one day, the kids were at school, and Jennifer was home alone. She went to grab laundry from Will's room, and the baseball was in the middle of the floor. Will must have been playing with it or something so, she put it back on its stand and left the room. She was doing a lot of stuff around the house that day. When she returned later to drop some clothes back in Will's room, there it was again. The baseball was in the middle of the floor! She thought, "Wait, that's weird. I'm the only one home, and I know I put that baseball on its stand. There's no way it could have rolled off by itself." So, puzzled, she placed it back again on its stand, but this time she put the stand behind a bunch of things on the dresser, so it stayed put.

Will's room was upstairs. It was a rainy day, but the rain had finally stopped, so the house was nice and quiet. Then Jennifer heard a BOOM as if something had dropped. She knew EXACTLY what it was. Sure enough, when she went to Will’s room, there the baseball was on the floor again! Crazy! And it didn't end there. That night everyone was in bed early. It was a school night, and Rick was away on business. The house was quiet, and Jennifer was tired. Just as she was dozing off, she was startled by this loud noise. She sat up in bed and heard it again. It sounded like a roar of a crowd. 

As she focused more closely, the sound seemed to be coming from down the hall. So Jennifer got up and walked (she admits hesitantly!) out of the bedroom to follow the sound. It was coming from the office. As she entered, she could see the computer was on and she could hear the sound from it. As she made her way to the desk, she couldn’t believe her eyes. The Red Sox game was playing on the computer! She thought, "What the heck!? How did that happen?" Rick had been gone all week, and she hadn't been in the office all day. Who turned on the computer, and who was watching the Red Sox game? The next morning at breakfast, she asked her oldest son -- the only one who would have known how to use the computer -- if he had listened to the game on the computer in the office. He said, "What are you talking about, Mom? No! And even if I wanted to watch the game, why would I watch it on a computer? I would have watched it on TV!" 

There was only one explanation in Jennifer's mind. It was Rick's dad. He wanted them to know he was with them.

Still thinking these are all just coincidences?

In the last episode, you may remember me mentioning synchronicities. Synchronicity is a term initially coined by Swiss psychologist Carl Jung to describe these things that happen that seem coincidental but have significant meaning. Jung believed that the occurrences we might think of as coincidences are not due to chance but show up instead to provide powerful insight, direction, and guidance. WOW, huh!

 The story goes that Jung was working with a client in a therapy session. She was described as highly educated with a serious demeanor and super-rational. To do the work he needed with her, Jung thought he needed an irrational event in the form of a coincidence to get through to her on a deeper level. He searched for anything he could use. The woman began describing her dream of an expensive piece of jewelry. It was a golden scarab. 

(I had to look it up, but apparently the scarab beetle was commonly used in ornaments and amulets in Ancient Egypt because of its symbolism with immortality.)

Ok, so, as she explained this dream, Jung heard this tapping at the window behind him. He opened the window and discovered a live goldish-green scarab beetle – an insect by the way that was NOT native to the area.

Jung couldn't believe it! He caught the beetle, walked it over to the woman, saying, "Here is your scarab." She couldn't believe it, either apparently. The event was enough to help break the woman from her overly rationalistic worldview and connect her dream world to her waking life. This was a fundamental revelation in Jungian Psychology.

I mean, what are the chances, right? A scarab throws itself at the window behind Jung just as he searches to find a way to get through to her? I mean really? 
 
 Coincidences, synchronicities… I call them SIGNS, messages from the Universe. 

Have YOU ever had something happen to you that was so crazy you couldn't help but wonder? 

A person I used to work with shared the story of how he and his wife were talking about his father, who had died, and how much he missed him when they heard the kids' toys making all this noise. They have this basket of toys in the mudroom. The sound was coming from there. They had put the kids down a couple of hours earlier, but one of them must have gotten up and sneaked over to their toy bin. So they walked over, fully expecting to see one of the kids, but when they turned the corner, there was nothing. Everything was neatly in its place. They both scrambled to the kids’ bedrooms, where they found them sound asleep. That happened more than once.

I’ve heard so many stories, but there are those with recurring themes like this, maybe you’ve experienced things like this yourself:

-       Just as you're thinking of someone their favorite song plays on the radio, or you see a license plate or street sign with their name;

-       You're missing someone or were just talking about them, and one of the lights in your home starts to flicker, then you go to check the lightbulbs, and it stops? Then it happens again and again. 

-       Something suddenly appears that reminds you of your grandmother or lost loved one in a place you swear wasn't there before? 

If you are nodding, you know these are signs, right? If, instead, you are thinking, uh… what? SIGNS from the Universe? Really? How is that possible? 

 Well, you know me. I am as big of a believer as they come, but I always appreciate an explanation to help me understand how these things work. For the more rational, science-minded folks, let me geek out for a second to share a way to think about it.

As Einstein said, "Everything is energy, and that's all there is to it." 

Everything in the Universe, all of existence, is energy, whether it takes a physical form or not.

Let's start with the physical – what we can see, touch, feel, and smell. Let's say our bodies. Even more specifically, let's say our skin. If you looked at your skin under a microscope, magnified 20,000 times, you would see the solid mass of your skin turn into a field of swarming cells. Then, if you magnified again, you would see molecules created by atoms, the building blocks of all matter. Quantum physicists have discovered that atoms are made up of constantly spinning and vibrating whirlwinds of energy, each one radiating its own unique energy signature. So even our skin, which seems like this solid mass, is energy always in motion. This goes for the car we're driving, the device we're listening on, what we're wearing, the gravel on a driveway… all physical things are made up of atoms that bounce around vibrating like crazy. Energy. 

Ok, so all things are energy. We can understand that. We are energy. Are you getting that?

But what things you can’t see? Or touch or feel? If we can't see them, do they even exist? 

Well, let's take sound. Sound is energy. We can't see sound. But we know sound creates vibrations. The naked eye can’t see it, but it's real. We can hear it through the way we receive those vibrations. But there are also many, many sounds that we can’t hear but that do exist. Our hearing isn’t sensitive to every frequency, so we can’t pick up sounds outside our range. But, though undetectable to our human ear, each of those sounds exist. It is energy, just not energy we can readily see or hear.

The same goes for light—the human eye can only see visible light. There are forms of light we cannot see - radio, infrared, ultraviolet, x-ray, gamma-ray. They are INVISIBLE to us, but it is energy. It vibrates, and it exists. 

Thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are composed of vibrating energy, too. You've felt emotions moving through your body, haven't you? The Latin derivation for the word emotion is "emotere," which literally means ENERGY IN MOTION.

We can't see these things, but they are energy, and they do exist.

Nikola Tesla once said, "If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." He didn't say the secrets of our world. He said the secrets of the Universe.

We are souls (energy!)—spiritual beings—here to have a human experience. We have been given this life experience to grow and learn so our souls can expand. 

We are energy. Everything is energy—what we can see and even what we cannot. And everything is connected through energy—everything. We receive and transmit energy all of the time, whether we recognize it or not. And remember what I shared about the human body – though we take a physical form, we are comprised of energy. And the energy is independent of the physical form. Did you get that? Energy is independent of the physical form. 

Energy exists and can't be created or destroyed, only changed from one form to another. (That's the First Law of Thermodynamics, by the way!)

Are you still with me? We aren’t just “made” of energy. We ARE energy. When you strip away all the physical stuff, all the physical form, the energy still exists.

So our loved ones who have passed? Do they exist in physical form? Nope. But does their energy still exist? YES, IT DOES. Energy CAN NOT be destroyed. We are energy, and that energy cannot be destroyed. Does that mean that they are still with us? YUP.

So, about those "signs" from passed loved ones. Is it possible? Real? Can they communicate with us? Yes! This happens in various ways – some can connect directly to the energy of these beings and translate and deliver their messages to us, but our loved ones want to communicate directly to us. And they do it through SIGNS. Like the ones we have heard today, and there are countless others.

Is that them?? How do they make that happen? 

They use and manipulating energy to take forms that we can notice! Whoa, right!

And they aren't the only "ones." There is other energy we are connected to as well. What is that, you ask? 

I am getting IN TO IT now!

There is Universal energy. You can call it God, Source, Spirit, or the Universe. Call it what you want, but this is the highest and most powerful source of love. Whether you acknowledge it or not, we are all connected through this loving, all-knowing energy. We always have access to it. It is around us, within us, and of us. 

And there are Spirit Guides. Non-physical entities that are part of the vast, loving energy of the Universe. Our Spirit Guides come from the light and our explicitly devoted to us. Their purpose is to use their love and wisdom to guide us, so we fulfill our greatest potential to learn what we need for our soul's growth.

So did you get that? Each of us has our own DEVOTED spirits guides. They are focused and devoted 100% to us. That’s wild right!?

There are other non-physical entities, too – angels that protect us; archangels – these powerful spiritual figures with areas of focus that can be called on anytime we need them; deities with their own powers, and ascended masters, the Universe's greatest teachers.

Alright, you might be like, WHAT!? My head is popping off!

Ok, all these magical and beautiful sources of love are available to us and eager to support us. But our Spirit Guides as I said are devoted exclusively to US. Can we see them? Their energy vibrates at a higher than human frequency. Think of them as beings of light and love. Are they real? YES, THEY ARE.

Now, if you are thinking, "Come on!" Seriously? 

Yeah. 

So we know everything is energy.

We know through the Law of Thermodynamics that energy cannot be created or destroyed.

And there's a whole lot that exists that we can’t see, can we agree to that? 

I'm quite certain we have only scratched the surface of the magnitude of all that is.

You can believe what you want, but I have witnessed remarkable things firsthand. I am telling you, these beautiful forces wish for us to receive their communication. Their guidance. To feel their loving presence. To access their wisdom. They ALWAYS know exactly what is going on with us and just what we need to know to serve our highest good. There are many ways to tap into this communication– gut feelings, dreams, if you really tune in -- sensations, smells, visions, and auditory messages. But signs! Signs are awesome! 

We are meant to connect with them. Everyone can do it! The form it takes is unique to each individual, but like anything, how developed that line of communication becomes depends largely on the work you put into it. For me, it's always words. And lots of them! When I work with people, I am able to tap into THEIR non-physical energy and transmit the messages from their Spirit Guides directly to them. Sentence after sentence after sentence after sentence. It  is unbelievable!

There are many ways communication can come through, but SIGNS are always a sure-fire way they work to get our attention! They are always guiding us. Signs are a reminder and reinforcement of their presence and connection and the loving guidance around you – your team of guides, angels, passed loved ones, and the Universe/Source/God, whatever you call it. Signs are a way those non-physical entities communicate with us. And it's done through energy.

Here are some examples of ways our spiritual guidance comes through:

-       You are thinking about going into a new line of work, and suddenly all these things effortlessly fall into place. Maybe you were just researching a company you think would be interesting to work with, and that evening you meet someone who works there. 

This is evidence that the new line of work is valuable for your soul's growth.

-       Or let’s say you want to get into a relationship, but everyone you meet doesn't work out. Believe it or not, this is guidance, too! There isn't growth and learning in these relationships for you. They want you to be in a relationship that supports your growth! So all those things that fall through and don’t work out? Believe me, trust me, that is guidance.

-       Another one, you see the same numbers again and again and again – in general, this means yes! You are on the right track! But there's so much more here – what are the numbers, what is going on when you see these numbers in your life. It always has meaning.

-       Here’s another one, you have a vivid dream. When the dreams are lucid, pay attention. Write it down! There is often a message in it for you! 

-       You keep seeing the same animal again and again, and it's not a common one! If there is a prominent presence of an animal, look up its meaning and symbolism. You'll be amazed at its relevance.

In addition to the ones we’ve covered, the ones through the stories, and the ones I just mentioned, some other common ones are feathers on your path or threshold, hearts – rock-shaped hearts, heart shapes in the asphalt, even in potato chips! Rainbows or double rainbows appearing at profound moments. Signs can also come through other people.

In my last company, Koko, I was evaluating a fellow we were considering for a franchise opportunity. He flew to our headquarters just outside of Boston to meet with us. He was terrific. I knew he would be a great fit. But we were just starting out, so we only had a handful of clubs open at the time. He was wrestling with whether he should take this big step at this time. He had to travel directly to New Mexico after our meeting for some work. We agreed to chat after he returned home. He later shared that he went to lunch after his meeting in the middle of nowhere, New Mexico. He was by himself, thinking through all the pros and cons of taking this step, when – this is crazy -- he overheard a person at the table behind him raving about this fitness club that she absolutely loved. Did she just say, Koko? He couldn't BELIEVE IT. At first, he thought he must have heard it wrong, so he turned around and politely interrupted them, saying he couldn't help but overhear them mention a fitness club that she liked. He asked, "What is the name of it?" The woman said, Koko! She went on to gush about her experience and how it had completely changed her life. We didn't even have clubs in New Mexico. This woman was visiting her friend from out of state. What do you make of that chance encounter? He knew it was a sign of affirmation. 

Signs are different for everyone. Why? Because for each of us, things have different meanings and significance. The recurring sequence of numbers you see might be your birthdate, for instance, or like with Terece the coins she picked up had dates that were significant to her. 

Signs can come through messages on billboards… or even on trucks, too. I still can't get over what happened to me and my husband Michael many years ago. We had a series of events that delayed us, so we were running late for a commitment. We needed to drive from the Cape to Boston for funeral services for Michael's father, Warren. It was a Monday, and we were going to hit massive commute traffic. It wasn't looking good for an on-time arrival. But as we screamed up the highway, it was so odd. It seemed all the traffic was magically clearing. Lanes were opening up before us as we sailed through what would typically be really heavily congested areas in record time. Seriously? It was a miracle. Then, as our exit approached, traffic slowed down just a bit. Then I saw it. I said, Michael, LOOK! In the lane beside us was a large white paneled commercial truck with no logos or phone numbers. Just one huge word that filled the side panel all in capital letters: WARREN. I knew he cleared the way for us.

And all those recurring numbers you see? I mentioned in the last episode that I have this thing of seeing repeating 1's, maybe you do too, but last week there were so many incidents within a brief 24-hour period I started writing them down. Here's the list.

I was gathering a list of clients grouped in a certain way and imported them into my mailing system. The message: "111 entries successfully imported"

I was checking my email on my phone. 111 flagged messages in my inbox. 

I was baking and glanced at the timer: 11:11 remaining

I was watching a show with my husband that we had recorded. Michael went to fast forward through the ads, and the progress bar flashed 11:11. We were 11 minutes and 11 seconds into the show.

Then I went to bed and read. I started reading the book Signs: The Secret Language of the Universe by Laura Lynne Jackson. Oh my goodness, if you haven't read it, YOU MUST! I devoured it. On page 19, she recounted a story about a boy named Caleb who was interested in numerical sequences, particularly "1111".

I grabbed my watch off its charger, and the time was 11:11.

I placed an order with Amazon. The order was #111... I looked at my previous orders to see if they all started that way. I went through a lot. They began with 112...

The next day I was looking at an item on Amazon and thought I'd check the ratings. There were 111 reviews.

On Father's Day, Michael and I went on a walk. One rabbit after the next kept hopping in front of us on the trail. There were so many I started to keep track. When we returned to the car, I counted 11 of them.

I went to the grocery store to pick up some things. Do you know when you check out you can round up? 11 cents.

And this one: I was flipping through Instagram, and there was a post from Kyle Gray with an image of a blue sky with the sunlight streaming from behind four big numbers: "11:11" and the message: "Keep going. Your dreams are becoming a reality."

THAT'S what all of this has meant for me. The message that I was meant to receive. 

And at just this moment - I had this instinct to count the list of the occurrences I wrote down. What!?? ELEVEN!

You cannot make this stuff up!

So then you might wonder, is it just because you are focused on a sign that you notice it more? The odd thing about these occurrences is that they always surprise you. You naturally stumble upon them. Meaning it's not as if you look at the clock and it's 11:10, then stay there and wait until it turns to 11:11. It's always a surprise which makes it so much fun!

The truth is that your guidance is ALWAYS around you. Whether you acknowledge it or not, it IS. If you find a sign and suddenly notice it means the connection between you and that which you cannot see is entering into your consciousness - recognition so YOU can understand. It has always been present. It IS always present. But now YOU TO SEE. You notice. 

It is interesting how many people have these experiences but keep them to themselves. I can't tell you the number of times people have said to me, "I've never told anybody this, but…." Maybe it's fearing others might think you're crazy or your mind talking you out of them, chalking them up to pure coincidence. If this happens to describe you, maybe consider… what if? Imagine what that might open up for you. Allow yourself to accept the connection to something magical and amazing. 

Ok, want to have some fun with this? Do you want to see if your guidance is with you? This is what I want you to do.

Pick a SIGN – a THING, or a combination of things! It can be anything you want. I'd suggest something unusual that isn't seen frequently, so when you see it, it can’t be mistaken for anything else but a sign FOR YOU. You don't have to tell a soul. It's just between you and your guidance.

Then, simply say to yourself or out loud, "Ok, guidance, so I know you are with me, thank you for showing me a ______"

Now, notice I said I know you’re with me. And you have to FEEL that. If you go in with a “Yeah, I’m not buying this attitude, but ok, I’m game…” That is resistance. Skepticism is resistance. And when you put resistance in the equation, that communication, that energy that is flowing from your guidance to you, it’s like putting speed bumps in the way so you aren’t going to get those messages as clearly. So really FEEL that you are going to get that communication. 

"Ok, guidance, so I know you are with me, thank you for showing me a ______"

After all the 1's, I decided to do something unusual. I set my sign as an OCTOPUS. I have an affinity for these genius creatures, so I thought, why not! I mean, where am I going to see an octopus? I knew it was going to be a challenging one. But I also knew it would come through in some way. The next day, I was texting someone, and she sent me these beautiful photographs she took with her iPhone. Flowers, sailboats, etc. Then she sent a stunning photo of all these jellyfish with the text "Monterey Bay Aquarium then two emojis. A heart and an OCTOPUS!" I thought it was funny because she used an octopus emoji, not a jelly emoji. She then shared that she realized last minute that it was not a jelly and was going to delete the octopus emoji but the text SENT! See what I mean?

Then you can have even more fun! You can ask specific questions. For example, if you want to know if you are on the right track with your career, a relationship, or some decision, simply say,

"Thank you for showing me a ______ if I am on the right track with ____."

And if you want to connect with passed loved ones, some people pick unique signs for specific loved ones who have died… maybe one is for your father, another your grandmother, etc. Have FUN with it, because it IS FUN! Trust me, love never ends.

And prepare for it to present in unexpected forms or places. If it's a specific animal, it might appear on a page of a book you flip open to, on a television show you happen to come upon, on a logo, in a cloud formation. Just pay attention. Watch and listen. You are always connected to all the guidance and all that love. 

When can you expect to see it? It can be quick, but give it some days. THE KEY TO THIS though, is you must go of that resistance! Open yourself to the magic and the truth of what is, it's mind-boggling what you experience. 

Why should you look for signs? It's a way for us to tap into the loving energy of the non-physical. YES, your loved ones are near. YES, you have light and love around you. YES, you have guidance available to you. Do not underestimate the power and significance of these signs. Leaning INTO these signs creates trust. Even the most skeptical cannot deny the signs of their own understanding. This is why they are so important. 

How do you open more fully to the connections available to you?

1.     Quiet the mind

2.     Be open, trust – suspend the doubt – lose that resistance!

3.     Pay attention! Your dreams, your body, feelings of knowing, odd electrical stuff, technical malfunctions, things flowing smoothly, roadblocks, etc.)

4.     When you get a gut instinct follow it.

5.     Thank it!

And write this stuff down! When something happens and you immediately write it down, the resistance of your mind has a harder time kicking in talking you out of it. Write it down.

So what does this all mean? At the highest level, you are not alone. The love is here. You are being supported. You are being guided. When you see and recognize a sign it opens your consciousness to the more that is—more insights, more guidance. And with regard to your loved ones, our life energy lives on and we are always connected through the powerful energy of love. When you acknowledge and embrace this, that energy is free to flow effortlessly between you. Love never ends, ever.
