She is the author of Delay, Don’t Deny, and newest release, Fast. Feast. Repeat. Gin actually has four self-published books, a huge community following with four online support groups, and two top-ranked podcasts, Intermittent Fasting Stories and The Intermittent Fasting Podcast! In this episode, she shares her personal story, benefits of intermittent fasting, things to do and things to avoid,  She provides a clear understanding of how intermittent fasting works, and things we may be doing to hinder its success. Gin describes intermittent fasting as a health plan with the side effect of weight loss! I feel fortunate I had this opportunity to meet and talk with her!
