In a career dating back to the early 80s, he’s played characters like Raphael in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, and Carl Wheezer on Jimmy Neutron. He may be best known as the voices of Yakko, Pinky, and Dr. Otto von Scratchansniff on Animaniacs, now enjoying a wildly successful revival on Hulu.
