with Adrian Bradbury & George Maguire

Today on The Climb, Adrian & George are joined by Kaira Jewel Lingo.

Kaira Jewel Lingo is Buddhist meditation and mindfulness teacher who grew up in both Chicago & Nairobi, Kenya, and much of her practice today is focused on teaching activists, artists, educators, families, and youth. Kaira Jewel grew up in a residential spiritual community and then lived a monastic life for 15 years as an ordained Buddhist nun -- before heading back to the US. Kaira Jewel is also a graduate of Stanford University with a B.A. and M.A. in Anthropology and Social Sciences  and speaks fluent Portuguese, French, German and Italian, and a little Spanish --  and with this episode we dig into "impermanence and the five remembrances."
