And, and very"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":58.75,"endTime":63.94,"body":"often, because they were mainly"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":63.94,"endTime":68.35,"body":"sole traders who were a lot of"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":63.94,"endTime":68.35,"body":"time working on their own, they"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":68.35,"endTime":74.35,"body":"felt isolated. And, and they"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":68.35,"endTime":74.35,"body":"wanted to talk through their own"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":74.38,"endTime":79.51,"body":"issues. But generally speaking,"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":74.38,"endTime":79.51,"body":"not related to the business. And"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":79.51,"endTime":84.97,"body":"once they'd cleared that air,"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":79.51,"endTime":84.97,"body":"and they were able to be more"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":84.97,"endTime":88.87,"body":"productive in their businesses."},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":84.97,"endTime":88.87,"body":"And one of those clients is a"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":88.87,"endTime":93.31,"body":"psychologist who suggested that"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":88.87,"endTime":93.31,"body":"I trained as a counsellor. And"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":93.31,"endTime":102.43,"body":"for three years, I rejected that"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":93.31,"endTime":102.43,"body":"suggestion. And, and then I went"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":102.43,"endTime":108.67,"body":"on holiday to America and met an"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":102.43,"endTime":108.67,"body":"FBI agent, who was also on"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":108.67,"endTime":113.59,"body":"holiday. And she said, 'Have you"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":108.67,"endTime":113.59,"body":"ever considered training as a"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":113.59,"endTime":118.09,"body":"counsellor'? And I thought,"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":113.59,"endTime":118.09,"body":"okay, so the universe is trying"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":118.09,"endTime":122.11,"body":"to tell me something, and I came"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":118.09,"endTime":122.11,"body":"home from that holiday, picked"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":122.11,"endTime":125.62,"body":"up the phone to my local"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":122.11,"endTime":125.62,"body":"college, asked them if they have"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":125.62,"endTime":130.75,"body":"a training course. And in January, I took"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":217.43,"endTime":223.91,"body":"the plunge. As you know,"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":217.43,"endTime":223.91,"body":"training is very expensive. And,"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":224.42,"endTime":226.61,"body":"and I needed to start earning"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":224.42,"endTime":226.61,"body":"some money."},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":227.15,"endTime":230.81,"body":"Yeah, yeah. How was that"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":233.3,"endTime":236.3,"body":"transition then from working in"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":236.3,"endTime":239.06,"body":"an agency to moving over to"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":236.3,"endTime":239.06,"body":"private practice?"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":238.13,"endTime":243.17,"body":"The transition"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":238.13,"endTime":243.17,"body":"was... well, actually, I found"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":243.17,"endTime":246.89,"body":"it not as complicated as I"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":243.17,"endTime":246.89,"body":"expected. I had an awful lot of"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":246.89,"endTime":255.77,"body":"support, people that had already"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":246.89,"endTime":255.77,"body":"made that move, into private p"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":255.8,"endTime":265.04,"body":"actice. And, and I went through"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":265.04,"endTime":268.13,"body":"a period of, I'm like, well, y"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":265.04,"endTime":268.13,"body":"u know, should I really be doing"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":268.13,"endTime":275.72,"body":"this now? Am I too new? But act"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":268.13,"endTime":275.72,"body":"ally, now I'm glad th"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":277.73,"endTime":282.65,"body":"Brilliant. I've got, well, I've got 8"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":307.72,"endTime":316.24,"body":"pro bono clients, because I'm"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":316.33,"endTime":324.97,"body":"also involved in a charity. And"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":316.33,"endTime":324.97,"body":"I offered to do primarily one,"},{"speaker":"Helen Clarke","startTime":325.0,"endTime":328.66,"body":"and we'll see how it goes. But then as you just"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":463.09,"endTime":466.6,"body":"say, no, it wasn't just you"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":463.09,"endTime":466.6,"body":"actually it was your partner, as"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":466.6,"endTime":469.75,"body":"well, as you're changing, then"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":466.6,"endTime":469.75,"body":"obviously, your relationship and"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":469.75,"endTime":472.15,"body":"the dynamic changes and"},{"speaker":"Peter Blundell","startTime":469.75,"endTime":472.15,"body":"everything like that.
