Gioia and Matt are plant scientists working on both the VEGGIE and Advanced Plant Habitat for astronauts aboard the International Space Station to use for growing fresh produce in space! We talk a little bit about the process of growing food in the zero gravity environment. The challenges, the obstacles and the great opportunities.
