I don’t know if you’ve noticed or not, but it seems that kids these days are astronomically more anxious. Carolyn Williams is a former big time corporate executive that noticed incoming young adults were PHYSICALLY ill from the anxiety of the job interview process. So to understand better, she quit her job and became a substitute teacher to see hands on what’s happening to our kids. Now she’s a national speaker who helps bridge the gaps that are suffocating our students and our teachers alike.
