Parkrun is back in Australia and we welcome Lauren Reid to the UAP Podcast who set a new 5km Parkrun World Record Performance at the Parramatta Parkrun in Sydney on 23 January 2021 clocking an impressive 15:45. Lauren was born in Scotland but now resides in Australia and has an incredible range of impressive times over distances from the 800m (2:03) to  half marathon (72:30)
