This is the 2nd installment of the Hampton House Garden Project. I met with Lily at her place a few weeks ago and really enjoyed every bit of time we spent together, as I always do.
The Hampton House Project, for those uninitiated, is a Black-led project, aimed at supporting Black leadership, Black communities & building institutions for Black food sovereignty & liberation. This is achieved by Black-led organizing & building self determination for Reno’s Black community.
What that doesn't tell you is anything about the woman who runs the project. Lily is amazing, plain and simple.
