I love it when a guest comes through and is so much more than I expect. That’s Eric. Not just a small mountain town market and deli owner but also a man who’s taken the long way to get to where he is now. Starting a business puts you on a journey and for some, they find what they’re gonna do and stick with it, sometimes for the rest of their lives. And then there’s people like myself and Eric.
