I am really finding so much value with the fact that I am still learning things from former students. Leaders teach others to "sweep the sheds". Nothing is ‘below me’. Nothing is too small or too unimportant. If more people took this mindset to heart, our world would be a lot better place. As I get older, that is becoming one of my life goals - to leave the world a better place because I was here.
