As we look at the final Monday Motivation Game Plan for 2020, we all need to take this reminder that I found on Twitter from Denzel Washington about not self-rejecting here as we get ready for 2021. I think it's really important for us to not wait for other people to make 2021 better that 2020. First and foremost, it's up to us to do that for ourselves.
