Had a bit of an issue recently that I wanted to share with you that I hope will help someone that listens to this. I went through a dark patch of trying to figure out how to let go of things I can't control. I needed to find some courage and ask for some help with getting through this - I found myself proud of myself for reaching out to do something about my problems that kept me up one night recently. These times have been tough lately. No reason for us to make it tougher on ourselves.
