I came across this post later in the day and I can see how it’s directly connected to how my day started. Once again, Mark Hickie (@MPHickie) comes through with some amazing & thought provoking info. Along with the clip from Brandon Chen, I was really able to see through some challenges today.  Mark shared these thoughts: “You won't always feel your best-and that's okay. Your best will look different every day. Sometimes it's strength, sometimes it's simply showing up. Bring what you have, as you are. That's always enough. You are enough!” I didn’t feel like my best today, but as the day kept going on, and I looked outside of myself to help out with a couple of things, I felt better. Simply showing up and giving my best, in the moment itself, well - that’s a win for sure. Remember these thoughts when you are facing tough moments throughout your days.
