Vase breathing is a breathing exercise which helps us cope with our emotions. If practiced for ten even twenty minutes a day, it can help us to develop an awareness of our feelings and learn how to work with them even while we’re engaged in our daily activities. This breathing technique will help to gradually keep our bodies , our feelings and our thoughts find a healthy balance.
