Isn't it interesting how some plants are just famous?
Like, everyone knows about them for one reason or another... maybe because they grow pretty much everywhere, or maybe because you played with them as a child, or maybe because they're a persistent weed in your yard or garden...
Dandelion is one of these extraordinarily famous plants. Basically a celebrity in the plant world.
So you probably know a thing or two about dandelion already.
You may even be aware that the root is a wonderful bitter and liver tonic, or the leaves are a nutrient rich diuretic. Or maybe that the entire plant is edible AND medicinal.
And maybe you even know that this wild weed can enhance your womb health, too?
Whether you're new to herbs, an herbalist-in-the-making or a seasoned herbalist, this episode will offer something new.
In this herbal spotlight episode, you'll learn:
Download the THE DANDELION LOVE RECIPE COLLECTION.
Recipes include: dandelion chai, wild weeds pesto, dandelion flower muffins, dandelion-orange peel bitters, spicy sautéed dandy greens and roasted dandelion "coffee".

NOTE: In the episode I mention that dandelion may not be found in the southern hemisphere because I read this in multiple sources, however after doing some post-recording research I've learned that dandelion is actually weedy in Australia as well, so basically, I'm not well-versed in southern hemisphere plants and you absolutely always know best about the place you live in! This is essentially my attempt at a correction. ;) I can only really speak to what I know and where I've spent the most time which is primarily temperate, northern hemisphere places, with little stints in tropical spots too.
