SPEAKER_11Episode 310. Good evening, listeners. Quiz? Five questions. Pretty easy, I speak. Five buttons kinda minimal. So er Question number one. PSG beat Arsenal in Saturday there. On penalties. But who scored two goals in normal time?
SPEAKER_06Saturday.
SPEAKER_10I scored two goals.
SPEAKER_11Did you watch it?
SPEAKER_07I didn't. Come on, if I scored a PSG's goal.
SPEAKER_11Question number two. Scotland beat Kurakawa. Kudaka at the weekend for one? Who scored Scotland goals?
SPEAKER_07Honestly, we did that deliberately.
SPEAKER_10So far scored uh Scotland's four goals. I missed the f I missed the Kudosau and the first goal.
SPEAKER_11Oh I might need Question number three. Um Kevin Keegan this week was sadly diagnosed with stage four stomach cancer, was it? Um bit can you name me the three Premier League clubs that he's managed?
SPEAKER_04Point for each I think we'll get to see the other three levels. I've got two, obviously it's a bastard.
SPEAKER_11Four did you say three Um question four? Arnie Slot left uh or got sat by Liverpool last week. Um but who did he manage previously before joining Liverpool?
SPEAKER_07Prem clubs.
SPEAKER_10Premier League clubs, yeah.
SPEAKER_07Current Premier League on that.
SPEAKER_11So if I did Arnish Lost. I thought let's bump up the points. Question five. Um where's this F uh this weekend's F1 Grand Prix being held?
SPEAKER_07Can you send nay points, Matt?
SPEAKER_04I'll get no points for Rad, because far watching is a Grand Prix nowadays.
SPEAKER_11I'll go for a So question number one Arsenal sadly lost to PSG in penalties at the weekend in the Champions League final. But who scored the two goals in normal play? Harvard. Oh Dimbelli. Dimbelli, I've got Harvard and Dimbelli. Debelli penalty penalty. Question two. Scotland beat Curaçao for one at the weekend. Who scored Scotland's goals? Curtis. Yep. Yep. Christie.
SPEAKER_07Somebody called Finlay.
SPEAKER_11Finlay Curtis scored the first team. Shanklin got two and uh Ryan Christie scored a penalty. So I get four for that or three?
SPEAKER_04Three. Three names. I've got Shanklin times two.
SPEAKER_11Question number three. Kevin Keegan's got stage four cancer. Name the other four cancers, not a joke. Tell me the three Premier League clubs that he managed.
SPEAKER_07Newcastle.
SPEAKER_11Yes.
SPEAKER_07City?
SPEAKER_11Yes.
SPEAKER_07Governor. Nope.
SPEAKER_04I've got Newcastle, Southampton, Fulham.
SPEAKER_11Two?
SPEAKER_06And Newcastle and City. It's Fulham, isn't it? Fulham.
SPEAKER_11So you got Newcastle twice, Man City and Fulham.
SPEAKER_07Didn't I get I didn't have any Fulham?
SPEAKER_04And again, something just sparked in the ether on my brain.
SPEAKER_11Arnie Slott left Liverpool last week, sat or left, whatever it was. Who did he previously manage before he joined Liverpool? Banfrover?
SPEAKER_06BSV. I've got Feynord.
SPEAKER_11Feyenoord, right?
SPEAKER_06It's one of the two innit.
SPEAKER_11And question five, where is this weekend's F1 GP being held? Monaco. Monaco. Monaco.
SPEAKER_04Pure stab for me, eh? Four, six, nine. Nine?
SPEAKER_06Seven.
SPEAKER_04Nine out of ten. Well done. If it was in oh I didn't think it's set. I should've got her. Shoulda. Shoulda. Shoulda woulda could. Southampton Snee and the fucking Premier League or Southampton, though, that's what you're thinking.
SPEAKER_11So it's that good stuff. Update doing fine.
SPEAKER_10Ah no bad. No.
SPEAKER_07Should not much? No, no, not how much. It was er pretty much usual. Standard crack. Or was it poker poker Friday night? Waste of time. But I was hopeless. You go in after the first two hands you can't get working out.
SPEAKER_04So you didn't have the right frame of mind for it. You've got to be in the right frame of mind.
SPEAKER_07So him, early doors after that, so it was alright. Saturday morning up. Just myself. Webster's offshore. Gary's offshore. So you see myself. Glen Dorak, Lambs Hill, plus Morgan McFaes or Call Sam and Hemp. 30 miles. About two and a half thousand feet. So fine.
SPEAKER_08I could whether was it hot? Was it hot or was it very hot? Was it any music? Can I listen to music when you're cycling, do you? See plenty of folk do you like? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Just be more aware of students. I've got a thingy that tells me on my garment person. Radar shit's got it in there. Alright, fancy. Alright. But even though I was I used to still listen to it with before I had that. Did you? Just in case there's somebody being aware.
SPEAKER_07It's like hearing headphones in walking about a tune. It's a no-no.
SPEAKER_04Why? It's got your eyes, haven't you?
SPEAKER_07I can't but you look at your eyes, you ain't got eyes on the back of your head.
SPEAKER_04No. You just somebody if somebody a henya.
SPEAKER_07Just need to be aware.
SPEAKER_04If somebody a henya, you just they shouldn't have run up earse you. It didn't matter if you've heatphones in or no. If he's got a run-up earse, he's gonna run up earse or nah nah and you have heedphones is then to contribute that.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, well, use the amount of folk you see walking out in front of cars and stuff because I hear them coming.
SPEAKER_04I would always look for across the road like Personally. I think he was taught uh taught at Highway Code when you was at primary school.
SPEAKER_08Aye. Taught a lot of stuff.
SPEAKER_04If it was uh if it was a highway code dude again, if it was uh Green Cross Green Cross Code Green dude and then cat. Ah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_11Don't I Johnny said I always tell your mummy before you? Oh no, it was a Peter Danger. Oh pedo cat.
SPEAKER_07Black van I was hiya Vaughan. I a boy in a van gonna boot watch kids.
SPEAKER_11When have they start talking to pedos? There's already been pedos on the group.
SPEAKER_04We I'm sure there were no card pedo somebody like that.
SPEAKER_06I dare remember that vividly being the name.
SPEAKER_04Pedophile come out in late 90s. Early, early I was just kids start getting sexier. I can't if it was that might be so I'm just at ease with my own thoughts.
SPEAKER_07Oh yeah. It's easy. Blank mind.
SPEAKER_08For my meditation. Aye. You yourself in the road. In the bike. Just at ease. Just nice.
SPEAKER_07A lot of shouting and growling.
SPEAKER_08Aye. It's fine. Peaceful.
SPEAKER_07Serenity. Aye. Nice. And hame. Nothing. Didn't I do nothing afternoon? Uh fucked about in the garden. Were you in your hammock? Reading a book. No, no, just chilling with my own thoughts again, just sitting staring in the sky. I do read books, huh?
SPEAKER_04Like you're in company, like.
SPEAKER_07Aye.
SPEAKER_11I'm at night. Do you look at different like cloud formations?
SPEAKER_07Try and pick out shapes. That looks like art. Then the change after about three or four seconds.
SPEAKER_04Spotting chemtrails?
SPEAKER_07No such a thing. No such a thing.
SPEAKER_04No such a thing. Yeah, I don't believe in it either. It was funny. Folk do believe it. I think it's funny, folk do believe it.
SPEAKER_07Aye. Er then kebabs, made kebabs and the kimono joe.
SPEAKER_08Oh aye. Lovely.
SPEAKER_07Steak, chicken, mince, mince kebabs. Oh aye. Mince kebabs, tortillas.
SPEAKER_11Macaria, you're in mince kebabs. So you do the hell rolling thing with the the the Kling film and all that stuff.
SPEAKER_07No, I er cut it tortillas into squares. Okay. Loaded it, did my mince and my gubbins and the mincer, the t stuff together, and then thinly onto the tortilla. Stacked them. Cut them. Kabescure ran. Dipped them on the side, kabescure and barbecue. Excellent. Excellent.
SPEAKER_11A bit of pineapple juice for a bit of spritz. Oh aye. Lovely. If we did accompany that with some sort of uh sauce? No, I was uh Taziki.
SPEAKER_07No, I was thinking of marking a tzeki, but I didn't bother. I made a nice fresh salad with white cabbage, carrot buttons, apple buttons, spring onions, white wine vinegar.
SPEAKER_11I was what say apple cider vinegar or was it white wine?
SPEAKER_07White wine, right? Vinegar and juice of two lemons. Uh two lime sauce. Oh aye. Beautiful. Yeah, nice kicks. And then baby tartties roasted in a in the air fryer.
SPEAKER_08Oh fine. Lovely.
SPEAKER_07Really nice.
SPEAKER_08Lost in meat.
SPEAKER_07So that was fine. And then uh was out for a walk as well. I watched the charmers league then out for a walk as well.
SPEAKER_04I've never heard you critique your in cooking. You've gone through all this or tasted it. That's never happened.
SPEAKER_07No, no.
SPEAKER_04You bount of did that and tasted it and go, Oh, it's been some stuff I've made. I've thought, maybe marking it.
SPEAKER_01Six years.
SPEAKER_05Six years in your first year, were you? No, five years. You have to learn from your mistakes.
SPEAKER_04And I thought, well, I'm not marking out again. Because I I I would I would like I'd be authentic if you give us a few I can ask was that good?
SPEAKER_07I know again. It was too much lime in it.
SPEAKER_04Like if you tell your if your wife dresses up and she she goes, Oh, how do I look? You say, Can I ask Darling, you look absolutely fabulous. You've been telling her that for 20 years, she doesn't really believe you. So if but if every now and again you just jump in, it's not great. Then she trusts your opinion.
SPEAKER_05Tell the wife if it's never working. It's not working, it's not working. Well it's can it stay. You've got to be careful though.
SPEAKER_11Play the how our mood is beforehand.
SPEAKER_07I think our shoes quite go, either scarlet. Use the shoes can maybe our shoes didn't quite go. Well, change it should maybe just change it here.
SPEAKER_04She just wants to see her take a clause off again.
SPEAKER_07That's on exactly the same approach.
SPEAKER_04Three or four times as she was gonna go, What's the fucking do you pay for it?
SPEAKER_09How long's this fucking talking?
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_07So that was Saturday, Champions League final, which we'll probably discuss. Sunday night, fucked about in the morning. Well organised the raffles, distributed some raffles we mass in the afternoon, food shop, and just chilled out in the evening, didn't do nothing, just fucked about. Just sat on the sofa and laced.
SPEAKER_11Aye.
SPEAKER_07It's fine.
SPEAKER_11You watch running on TV and Sunday evening.
SPEAKER_07Nothing. Line. Yeah. No. Stared into space. Aye. It's fine.
SPEAKER_04But you just sit in your house and they TV on just sitting. You're reeling, aren't you? Doom scrolling.
SPEAKER_07Sometimes I'm a phone. Sometimes, sometimes read a book. Aye.
SPEAKER_04I can't read.
SPEAKER_11Your autobiographies.
SPEAKER_08Aye.
SPEAKER_07Proper sneer. They made up fucking stuff. Ken. Real life. Real life stuff, Ken. Just finished that book. Probably spoke about it a while ago. Two night just to finish it. The book El Chapo, Ken.
SPEAKER_06Oh I love that snake stuff.
SPEAKER_07Fucking El Chapo. It was a book, a boy was catching him, Ken.
SPEAKER_06Aye.
SPEAKER_08Magic.
SPEAKER_07Absolutely magic. What's your opinion in audiobooks?
SPEAKER_11Waste that time. I've listened to a few audiobooks like Duncan Ferguson's autobiography.
SPEAKER_04They could sometimes they read it.
SPEAKER_11It was Ferguson done his in. Nah, nay for me.
SPEAKER_04No. Nah.
SPEAKER_11Duncan about yourself.
SPEAKER_06And a few catastrophes at him and he was like fucking appliances going, washing machine leaking, dishwasher was fucked, fridge parked up, and a space so comes in three. A couple of wicks and then the whirly snapped right to base. Eh? Concrete eye.
SPEAKER_07What'd you manage that?
SPEAKER_06No, well it was car and oar. And then I went in just to straighten it up and then the hell thing just cheered off at the bottom. Holy fucker. And obviously it's concrete in. So then I bought a new whirl the other day where they hammer in spike. So I started chopping in the spike. I was like, it's hard. Bit of wood, obviously, chopping it in. Ended up texting the boy to me. I said, is there enough depth here? Because it was like, it was easy, huh? And then I got a shot of a boy's sledgehammer. So I've got a dent about that. Four or five inch. Bit of dye. But then I hit it at a hard, I've just bent it out of so I can't even get the fucking whirling. So I was like, and I butchered half my garden, trying to see for a bit of concrete, how far it would go. So I was like to the boy, I says, Well, you might as well come back and give me a price for astro, I says, 'cause I've just butchered my hell garden.
SPEAKER_04You were fucking raging, do you not you?
SPEAKER_06I'm assuming I absolutely I couldn't the thing is the whirlwind sheared off right at the base on the concrete again, so I couldn't get nothing in to like get it out unless it get a fucking mono. Strangely enough, I died here still sat in the garage. So that was fucking last week's shenanigans.
SPEAKER_07So we washing machine.
SPEAKER_06Seal. Well Mikey's Ray's father-in-law, he's it's some tube it was doing for if you'd have fixed appliances, I would never keep it.
SPEAKER_11Mickey Ray's name, Mickey Ray, somebody said it's Derek.
SPEAKER_06No? Yeah, do you?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_11I'm sure somebody bought a strap bought Raffles at Ken's Mikey Ray and said next time you say Mickey Ray, it's his real name's Derek. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Mikey Villiston, let's go.
SPEAKER_11Sorry. Fuzzy name Fay. Fu Mikey. Yeah. Okay. See, we're meant to be sorry.
SPEAKER_06But no, but he's just one of these boys like he comes along and just looks at your appliance and he can't switch the wrong way straight away. And then tells your boy new in. Fix now. Well, fix my nah fix fix my dishwasher, but again, he's taking it apart, so unless you can there's no way something to do with the catch, but you had to take out and half and take power off and fix that. He's got something to fix a washing machine, but they you opened the fridge and you went, that's fucked. Throw all your food out. Then I get to see meaning and I was like, Did you throw all your food out?
SPEAKER_07If you kept the door closed.
SPEAKER_06Because I started no I started noticing when I was making a cup of tea, it was like the milk was like gurbling, and then I was like, something going on here, and then enough. Then I put a fridge thermometer in it, and it was like, nah, it's fucked.
SPEAKER_11So it integrated.
SPEAKER_04Does the light go off and you shut the door?
SPEAKER_11Sure. Huh?
SPEAKER_04How'd you get?
SPEAKER_11Because you can push a thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Ah but it's not a door being shut.
SPEAKER_11I'd agree with you, yeah, Mike.
SPEAKER_04It's a bit like you can. If a three fives in the forest in the BTR, does it make a sound?
SPEAKER_11You could put your phone in a fridge and record it and then shut a door. Good year.
SPEAKER_07Or go in the fridge yourself.
SPEAKER_05You need a big fridge. Mike.
SPEAKER_06I would love a big fridge. Just a walk in. A walk in. You don't need a big fridge. I've just got an under unit fridge, like.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but if you have a big fridge, you're full of shite. I've got an Americanine, but I only got it for ice. For an ice maker. Good. So I use that. I like ice skin.
SPEAKER_06You got a big fridge? Yeah. Mike? No. Alright, okay. Maybe I don't need you.
SPEAKER_11Mine's a 50-50 of yours 50-50 now. You got the big American freezer. He's got both sides. One side freezer and one side. And a fridge, yeah. High level.
SPEAKER_06So you can made it. I get my missus gun. I'd love a big American fridge and went, well, we've got any space for it, so forget about it.
SPEAKER_11So it's just a thing inside your fridge, you fill it a water and it kinda makes us.
SPEAKER_04I've got to get a bit of big American. I'll be fucking nice, one of them, Ken. You get it. You've hit it for a day. It's just just after just a just the market hobby. If you hit all these amazing things, you'd be happy, but you're still a miserable person.
SPEAKER_07You'd be happy. You're talking to ice suit, so you don't have to fill a correct eye. Ice fucking like a face.
SPEAKER_04The next day, scrape it. That was fucking easy.
SPEAKER_11My night MP cups used to freeze them. Freeze them.
SPEAKER_07Magic.
SPEAKER_06It's good.
SPEAKER_10So uh hi Saturday.
SPEAKER_06Ah, it's Bracken. I Saturday was uh futsal, and then there's footback camping and then Scotland game. I was up to the golf club in West Hill, watched a Champions League final, a couple of beers. Like West Hill's a golf course.
unknownTerrible.
SPEAKER_06Is it okay? Amazing club use because you can see like the hail of West Hill and great view, and it's like I was here and actually first time you can high route the place for nothing, you've just got to pay for the bars. It's a great venue, but the course. I mean playing it like last time. I thought this is alright, but the back night's just like squashed in. Like if you slice a bar, you can go do five fairways, give it me, and it's just it just looks like a golf course that's been squeezed into a spot.
SPEAKER_04Like Melderham, Coonchel Meldrum, the last like five six, seven holes. And you're just like, how do we get how do we get seven holes in here?
SPEAKER_07The eighteenth, you're fucking sharing it with the fast to drive Merlis European fairway.
SPEAKER_04And if you slice you cut you can you hit a driver, you've got like you can slice it right into club who's fucking windy or into graveyard.
SPEAKER_11Nah, I was just looking at looking at ideas for a golf nooting later on this year. It's a lot, it's a lot of hells, like it's tiring as well.
SPEAKER_06But I was up here, so it's a fair hike up there, and like that's for Abbey. The wealthy fuckers are up the top again. So update was in here, I was like, oh I've never seen you a four because it's obviously a hour of work where you're only probably going to. You brought a clubhouse, yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's a decent course, like two different courses, aye. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Right. If you mess straight, you're in them on the fucking bushes.
SPEAKER_04Up in Veralke wise, pretty good, and it's good crack.
SPEAKER_11I thought maybe up Buckey wine, can't we? Cycle pass lane, start lane. Buckpool.
SPEAKER_04You know, if I'd swindy.
SPEAKER_07Honestly.
SPEAKER_04Aye.
SPEAKER_07Brock. That'd be nice. Brock's a good course. That's a good course. Peter, he's a good question.
SPEAKER_11It's expensive though.
SPEAKER_06Brock is Peter used to be. And then Sunday, Lenny's first was up at Brock, so that was good. Passing's coming on like a couple of tough games, but one game I could nine passes, like it was brilliant. Ninety pennies dropped with him, so it was uh nine passes. I will with the team touching it, but for six, seven year olds it's too many passes. I will have two passes a goal. You can score a goal with three passes, can you? Oh, yeah, that's kind of the goal, three passes normally, but we managed to do it because they managed to work out they were against the big loons and they just passed it around a boot and like so.
SPEAKER_04So I'm saying bleeding it in them at a young age that you need to pass, pass, pass, pass. Yeah. Stuck them on. Aye, you ever encourage a boy? That's all any does.
SPEAKER_06Like he just gets a bar and just shuffled it and runs. Yeah. Old school.
SPEAKER_04I'm I'll beat it, I'm hit, I'm net. It's good that you can get nine passes and a little bit. I'm net again. Oh, I get it. It is good.
SPEAKER_06It is good, like it's a fine line between telling them to like just take them on and score or try and get a touch in the back. I mean, and that's a balance, isn't it? But uh like four boys, you thought, and then them like the dark ladan. I thought, oh, we could be in trouble and the pitches were smarter, but no, but some good stuff like it's fine to play a Brock and PRE teams and that like because they get stuck in like Brock normally is a good team. Well they had one team that played one of your dice teams and absolutely harmed them. Like probably a boy playing for a Brock or a regard.
SPEAKER_01I don't want him on that signed up on our heck yeah.
SPEAKER_06So uh Sunday and then Sunday really on Monday training last night.
SPEAKER_07Did you try Marky Diesenabroch?
SPEAKER_06No, just straight back because it was I didn't actually know that really Kenny Brock, to be honest. Who was that question? Mark Diesenbrock.
SPEAKER_04Oh yeah. That's not Mark Disney Brock. Oh there is. Oh yeah, it's up beside Asna, of course. I just said why Taraway if you tarawa. I wasn't even Peter Heed and that. Across the road. It was a good day, wasn't it? Mm-hmm. Enjoyed it. I see it would go well. Bush. Bus company was brand new, Victoria buses. So there's a few problems we a few of the bus companies when I mentioned the NM so I was a one of the games we went doing, it would come off, it would come back, and the wife he was wasn't happy with the state of the bus. So she went in and have these bags, teen out of her drink, and through it.
SPEAKER_06So they went to the big thing.
SPEAKER_04To be fair, one of the lads was sick. And the better toilets were bad. The toilets was unbelievably bad, but that she wouldn't empty them. Okay. So they were they were full by the time they were out of Berlin. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So folk were like, never to go. She wouldn't have stopped. She wouldn't have so Abdi's just pissing away. It was the place was fucking hell. It was mingan, but it was our fault. You get two good lads, two but two drivers, because nowadays you got to spread out and bathe them. Brand new Kenny Crack. So I think if you get boys like that, Abdi behaves, Abdi toes a line. Because they get they give you a bit of slack so that you fucking behave, can so I'd be kept that hand tidy and was allowed to drink and sing and did it didn't butt an eyelid. No. But the driver was good getting into Hamden, like we need him in that Wednesday night. Like you can go in early to slip rate to the slip road for or you can continue on the right lane, get by out of the traffic, and then at the last second just zip in. So he just went clean by other traffic, vi just for the head to turn in. He got in, and then he could go then you got start going down a hill. I was a car indicating to get in, but wasn't a moving, just what a dan, but Nibb he was letting him in. So he passed him, he went on to the jeweller again and passed him to get by him to get. Oh I thought, oh move. This is the boy for us, like and got parked never did he. Alright. Parked and then quite quick and uh Beth good crack a boy's skin. Offered him tickets to the game, didn't we? Mm-hmm. Is that Peter Heed? Peter Heed, yeah. So two good lads for that. So er good bus journey doing, good few drinks. I had little tins of neck oil. Fitz company again. Beavertown, Beavertown. Beavertown. I really like them, they're fine. Like so uh had a kilt on for got a second hand cult for Gibbs. So it's a real kilt. So what difference been for the picnic blankets? It's fucking great wearing a real kilt again. 50 quid 50 quid. I think it was like brand new. Just an ex rental again, but it's been kept so well. So it's fair chuffed up for getting up for 50 quid. So there it's not Gibbs new.
SPEAKER_08No, it's Mitchell Scott.
SPEAKER_04Mitchell Scott, that's it. Same boy though.
SPEAKER_08No, he bought a Gibb.
SPEAKER_04Bodigib, he runs it. Safety BG's.
SPEAKER_08No, a different body.
SPEAKER_09How deep is so uh deep is your wallet?
SPEAKER_04Speaking of him, he's a fine boy, like speaking about the World Cup and he said I think they've been on sale since January, but he says we're starting to sell new and coming up. Okay.
SPEAKER_11You mentioned about spurns on the hand, did he?
SPEAKER_04Spurrins to watch going into states with the type of skin you've watched. Steel skin or anything they don't allow at again, so you have to watch that and you're spurring. If you're going to states like and ere so Zenny, I got a kill, that was good. Er so doing fine. We went and er was there about an hour and a half before kick off, so parked right outside the international bar next to Hamden. It's a cell like bar, is it is it's good, though, isn't it? Place was you'd cue to get in, so you'd wait for folk to come out, and then you got in, so you're thinking, get to get in here, get be like sardines. But it wasn't it wasn't like they could have went just like a good so that's a good system in. But also, you thought, bar, you'll never get served. Straight up drinking able. So they've got a sustainable. So they had it asked sus, do they? Ah, you get too much folk in, it's a shame, doesn't it? So the couple of pints in there before a game, and then got into stadium, watched the game. Fuck that boys were near bad, right? Scotland did miss the bar, but where I was hitting us in the break or it and the X-Man United boy, he's he got a golden aye. He looked half decent. Sheffield United nowadays, was he? Yep. So it was tough to go, and then the boy smashed uh Hickey with the forearm, he got sent half, and then just Scotland just fucked up.
SPEAKER_06So is that is he banned for the world first game of the World Cup, man? Well, we were speaking about because that was a madness challenge. Uh ridiculous. He could have broke his jaw, like it was a it was a thatcher fucking challenge.
SPEAKER_04And it's nearly like Hickey is one of that boys that uh annoy you.
SPEAKER_11Well, he annoys you in opposition, but Kenny's nearly like a I think they've got another friendlier for the World Cup, so you might be missing that you then maybe come back in for the World Cup.
SPEAKER_04You think I can start a fresh World World Cup, but yeah, second half was absolutely annihilated, it was like a training game, and you're thinking, this boy's a gonna get fucking murdered. Aye, Germany, Germany ere or Curakau's group. How do you say it's that's Curacao or something?
SPEAKER_06Germany, Ivory Coast, and Ecuador.
SPEAKER_07Aye, no poor.
SPEAKER_06Aye, they're they're be bombed.
SPEAKER_04They give Haiti five Android tips here for the World Cup predictor. They give Haiti five. I can't I can, but I'm stalled can that get you a wee bit excited. Oh, we should hit three points and a load of goals, but send enough killed the game. Well, it's pretty even pretty even before that sending off. Obviously, they went one-not up. Suitor. Man, it's a good game. I don't believe I can't believe he just wouldn't have been nowhere near one of my team's suit. It's to be, I think they play well, Hanley and uh McKenna or Tierney in there. I would say Tierney in there. I think he will play. I think Hanley and McKenna's got to be the two. But uh some good games. Boy singing the boy Ham kid, fuck you know.
SPEAKER_11I didn't need once.
SPEAKER_04Eh it's just on repeat like to start with starting after the 70th time. Yeah, okay. Nah, it's good crack. Yeah, so I was I was pretty impressed with the second half performance, weren't we? Ten menkled. Ah yeah, Ken. Ten men. Shankland was decent. Shed says he's playing against mid men and Scarface and that which he wasn't a bit well just park out of sight. Nice good finish, great finish. The the finish for the his second second, just bang. Yep.
SPEAKER_06And uh now we can really hit him shed because he's signed for Rangers.
SPEAKER_04Not like 100%. He looks a different player neither, eh? He looks sharper, fitter. I had Snay because he's signed for Ranger. No, he knows before he got injured and he came back pretty well and out. So I'm I'm a wee bit more excited about I'd say than I was to be honest, after seeing him up close in the flash. Eh so are we something about the game or just move on? Is it so? Uh so uh second half was good. Uh I liked Fletcher for he came on. So I didn't give out Wes. He did he come on. Did he come on for Gilmour? If he got injured, or did he come on second half?
SPEAKER_06Second half, I think.
SPEAKER_04So I didn't came fight Wiz was just number 24s. Was it four? Number four was 24 Fletcher used to wear 24. I'm like darn it. Somebody goes, Fatherfuck's out of four, boy. Oh, it's uh Tyler Fletcher. Straight away. I'm thinking, Oh yeah, fucker, this boy's a good player. Like he's big enough. He'll second half. I thought he was the best player on the pitch. Even the boy Hart Hart Wilson boy, come on. He looked really good. So I suppose you've got a minor opposition, Carson A question, but I'd like to. So there's been a lot of greeting, obviously. Fucking devastated for Gilmore, like uh statement.
SPEAKER_06Well he missed the Euros in the COVID, man. Did he? He missed that Euros, got injured. So he's missed two of the three tournaments we've qualified for.
SPEAKER_04But miss a world cup. Devastated and you're thinking four years you're back if you're if you qualify. Aye. I mean he has got di f how old is he? Twenty-six? Twenty-four. Twenty-four. Ah so he has got he's got a ball problem in him. Armor blows.
SPEAKER_07We hope for him, hope for him qualifying next time around and gets a craft.
SPEAKER_06Okay, it's so innocuous. Just a pass. Well, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Stretching. I say somebody gets down in every squad.
SPEAKER_06Every squad there's one, in there.
SPEAKER_04I mean, for Scotland's point of view, it's a bit about a blow because he's if they start and he's definitely important to keep it in the heat. So I got it for him. Er was but obviously been a hoora can controversy about attacking Fletcher or eran or Lennon Miller. Some of the boys that have been playing. But if they're seeing Fletcher for me, I I've got nayquams.
SPEAKER_06I would like to. He's obviously seen some in, isn't he? But you can also see that offence. If you've been playing me a regular, you'd be hacked off, would you?
SPEAKER_07You could argue the level up that he's playing on would be better. Boy Fletcher. You could argue the the level he's and the players he's playing against are better opposition than for the boy Miller's playing against on a regular basis. And he's made he's made three, four first team appearances for United. And United's been on a decent run, and the times he's come on for United he's been decent. And he's getting decent run-outs. Again, it's near five or ten minutes at the end.
SPEAKER_11His brother's supposedly better.
SPEAKER_04I just think in like just think for you a player, like you turn up for a preseason, you do a better running, then you get into games. How many how how many games and training for you can for abd is in the pecking order about ability and far as a good player, Fuzna?
SPEAKER_06Faz one training session.
SPEAKER_07Getting straight away.
SPEAKER_04You do, do you? In the first ten minutes.
SPEAKER_06You go, pfft, I suppose I player. I think you sign in voice.
SPEAKER_07Even lot of five aside games, you're like, aye. Yeah. He gets a few. He'll be starting.
SPEAKER_04Abd ten close. The players and the management came within first ten minutes. I might be a few who are tight, can't I?
SPEAKER_06But they probably stood in the sideline and went, when he arrived, they went, aye, this guy's a player. Yeah. That's why he's putting it.
SPEAKER_07You can't yourself from what I've played. You can't you can't merely start an 11 week in, week out. Even at preseason, if somebody knew command or and if he was in your position straight away, you're going, I'm in trouble here. I'm in trouble, or I need to sort myself out. Aye, what a bit more offence. Can't take him into the equation.
SPEAKER_04Especially if he's in your position as well. But uh, like Clark and that, if obviously he's new, Fletcher's new to the squad. But like you say, okay, maybe like Baron and that would be pissed off. He'll can deep down the side if he's played, if he's a better player than him, and think, well, he is a better player than me. Okay, I've played mere minutes or forever. And also the coaching staff. I mean and the other good players like Robertson now begin. Like lot uh Robertson probably have a wee bitter influence with Clark. He would say kind of being through the age group, isn't it? Clark might have Robertson for you think. It's a Kenny's name play that much, but you think he's good. Robertson's like guy.
SPEAKER_07We were playing against Ken. Players can. You can't oh he's signed for him. Fuck, that's not good. That's not good for us because he's that's a good signing for him, can.
SPEAKER_11And did Barry have a statement about getting picked? No.
SPEAKER_08No, no, no.
SPEAKER_06Nice. Just kept himself quiet. Maybe you shouldn't have been golfing in Villamura.
SPEAKER_04I uh I understand if players are annoyed, Ken, but end of day. I was just thinking best, you pick your best players, and I think that's fit he's dead. I've got I've got after I definitely after seeing him in that second half. I'm like aye, no brainer for me. He has to go. I I'd be honestly thinking I'd be starting him. Well, again, it's a opposition link, so he might be getting a bit carried about. But if he comes off a bench, I've got no problems with that. Honestly, he looks like a proper player.
SPEAKER_06It's quite interesting, Clark's interview, because he said they've taken out their body readings and that now before they go, and then they're gonna train for a wick and they're gonna do again. So he almost kind of said in his interview that can be some surprises because there are certain boys just want to tuck to the heat. So that's what they're gonna do. Are the tests on him to see VAR's actually best in that conditions? Yeah, so there might be a few surprises yet, and Vas actually gonna start.
SPEAKER_11It's gonna be different, isn't it? It's gonna be tactical, is it? Kind of like a lot of folks are saying they're getting just using like long throws and corners and set pieces and 'cause that's probably the way you have to play in the heat, is it?
SPEAKER_04Possession's big, is it in the heat? And that's like Scotland struggled about in the past, but I think we've got a few mere technical midfield players.
SPEAKER_07Losing gummers a bit all that.
SPEAKER_04Either you can, if you're a low block and you're not got that much possession, you'd hate chase about like heedless chicken skin. You can keep your shape and only working five, ten yards. But uh the heat's definitely.
SPEAKER_06With the wingers dope, and one's in Curtis. Curtis looks like he's got a goal on him, like and his confidence is high. I think he could be surprised backage for Scotland.
SPEAKER_04And I think just Shankland will get you a goal. If you get him a chance, he'll score, right? I definitely start against A. You have to play like a 4-4-2 against him, do you?
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I think he will.
SPEAKER_04He went a lot of Denmark to play a 4-4-2 again, so it's not out with the remit.
SPEAKER_11And obviously you'll hear him again and you'll hear McTominay coming in as well.
SPEAKER_04I think Shanklin's dealing more work off the bar than he he was. I think that's running starts were up there this year, honestly. Yeah. So he's gained more to the team if he's not scoring. Because you uh if four you felt like Scotland would take Carrie Ham as a bit of a luxury, or be scores, but if he doesn't do much else, but I would definitely uh uh park at Newley because he does do a lot more for a team than you think. Aye. Did Stuart come on? Ross Stuart, or Stuart, he was not there, so I think we had a slight injury or thing. Aye. Because obviously McTomney, McGinn, and Ferguson were not there.
SPEAKER_11So we'll see. Dykes came on and Dykes was alright, and I was again in the second half.
SPEAKER_04So decision decisions is you watch the 28th summer, yeah. Aye, it's fucking good, is it?
SPEAKER_06Oh, it's unbelievably good.
SPEAKER_04It's good getting a player's perspective.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_04They all love Clark, eh?
SPEAKER_06They love him, eh? And again, absolutely shot at doing in flames about him being a miserable board and bars.
SPEAKER_04Aye, because he's nearly guys.
SPEAKER_06A public persona, innit?
SPEAKER_04You can tell the players respect him. Just by the way, they spic. They've all got a lot of respect for him. Aye.
SPEAKER_11And he's the leaders like Sadia Robertson's another play. But aye.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. And they like Doc was saying, he Kane's from Foker is a bit of command, Kenny's good at because he was chomping it a bit. Like Ferguson only got in to mass qualifier. And then Robertson there saying he's probably been our best player. Yeah, so it's just you get a bit of the personalities out of the way.
SPEAKER_06You can see why he's getting a ripping.
SPEAKER_05It's like somebody you pick on, isn't it? McGinn's a good laugh.
SPEAKER_04He's like, I've got a vice captain, what a gig deity motherfucker.
SPEAKER_05Basically, say that was funny.
SPEAKER_04Again, it's so big about it.
SPEAKER_11Oh man, so funny, I know. But you've got characters like Robertson McGain in your squad, that's just only to improve the team morale, is it?
SPEAKER_04You see, you see McGee for the obviously went doing pretty easy against them out of it. I did feel quite quite bad about that because I've got a conscience.
SPEAKER_11He doesn't again really. No. You should watch it, Sheet. It's good how it's filmed. It's like a day through the Denmark game, like just sporadically go through it through that.
SPEAKER_04So forget how crazy that Greece game was. You see why Clark described it. It's exactly if it was like it was well on top, and then they score it, and then just bang, bang, two goes at a nail. And then we come back and we should have got a keepers two. But the craziness uh Denmark Lark Belarus Belarus, but like your boys say, you've got a block out and noise for the media saying this is a give it a waku or we should harm him because these games are fucking.
SPEAKER_06I was quite fair, I'd I think players were saying that days are gone, I like harming international teams.
SPEAKER_04Aye. Like McDonald says you start a game, you're like, fuck these guns are pretty good, kid.
SPEAKER_06And it is true, like have I got decent managers new, a decent setup.
SPEAKER_04Aye.
SPEAKER_06Aye. Even like Curso, they've got bloody dick advocate.
SPEAKER_04Dick advocate, aye. Thought about his name during that Saturday again. And advocate for Dick again. Advocate. A dick advocate.
SPEAKER_01I never saw that for. I was like, oh yeah.
SPEAKER_05Dick Advocate.
SPEAKER_04I see you see his interview with Neil McCann. That was pretty funny. Like, Neil. Obviously coached McCann and that strangers.
SPEAKER_11You know you get to tell uh the lads about your um free food.
SPEAKER_04Oh aye. Ah well I did I did, but I'll say it again. I was up in it, it was half time going up for a hot dog. Wifey said I was no hot dogs. I'm looking across, and folk are walking a while with hot dogs, so I had to get a pie. But I just afore that I was in the queue and the boy came up and goes, Mas like aye, pure Ouija. He's eight aye, pure Ouija boy. He starts rumbling about in his pockets. I'm like going for a gun or something. He comes out with two £10 vouchers for uh the chaos. I listen to Podman. There you go. So he must have been in the hospitality or something, was he? I was like, he must have been heading up that section of the chaos. I he'd a shirt on, and uh Dave was his name. He said his name was Dave. He'd a Lanyard Mobkin in the Lanyard. Oh aye. Dave for Hamden, cheers. And also from he was walking out, it was walking out my seats, and somebody came for another and a mass podcast and a Daruji boy. It's fucking nuts, like crazy, nuts.
SPEAKER_11So uh No it was a it was uh good guy as I said, I didn't have one and sending after happening, I wanted to do a living v11 just uh because you probably got a better perspective of how we're gonna do it. It killed it in that sense, but obviously with Bolivia uh in four days' time. I'll be a test. Saturday? Aye, nine o'clock. Aye, so we'll see how it's far about fit.
SPEAKER_04Far has that been played?
SPEAKER_11I think it's in America somewhere.
SPEAKER_06They're in Miami, aren't they?
SPEAKER_11So is it? I'll check. So I but Bolivia, they're still quite low in uh the the world rankings and such. It'll be a good test to see how they are against Alexa then because it'll be a mere game, they'll be ten minutes in, they'll be blown for oxygen, won't they?
SPEAKER_04It's a fine line, is it?
SPEAKER_06We're friendless new, you're like, if I do a play, do I play him again? I think he has to play the start. Does he?
SPEAKER_04I know he's starting a lot. Fucking shrubs, enjoying a fucking friendly again.
SPEAKER_06You've got to kind of like that's like on a fit, but you could say like we've got a Champions League final on Wednesday, but we've got a big league game, so you hate to play there.
SPEAKER_07When they play your kind of okay, McDominie and they've just finished their season, but I was expecting a proper first team who was gonna be starting against Haiti be starting against Crooket. I was a manager.
SPEAKER_06Just get a confidence up.
SPEAKER_07This is a system we want to play, and this is how we're gonna play.
SPEAKER_11So they're playing at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey. Uh New Jersey, so far players you are there, or far stadiums up. Yeah, I think it's a Jersey. Aye, New York, New Jersey. New Jersey, yeah. So there's only 25 seats, 25,000 seats. 25 seats? 25 seats. Jesus. Um 25,000, so probably just a college team or something, maybe there.
SPEAKER_04Like die far die hard fans if you're watching that. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_11I was on the Tartar and Army website uh Facebook page at the weekend, and their fault folk were following the flight to her.
SPEAKER_04Aye. The squad flight. I they're refueling in Sydney and shit like that. I obviously I'm not they stopped to refuel somewhere. I've seen that. Oh, I always n Sydney. It was a weird way to go, damn it. We better run a buck. So it was a good day on Saturday. Uh I uh was a good day, come back, had a few in the TSB, uh posted a few more photos in there, and then Ben to the club had a few in there, but I was saying by ten, can I say I felt pretty sober. The wife's like, Fucking hell, you've been drinking steady a while, day something about that time. I said, I was getting a feel for a nips. So I said, ah I'm gonna hit him because I was just a ruin the next day, like so uh I got hit him, I was fine. And Sunday, fuck all really. Uh Ronnie swimming, and then we did uh sorted out the raffles and then spent the day basically sorting that out and delivering them. Chili nachos for tea up's fine. Fine. So I was heaps of letter through our like chili and a week four Tupperware boxes in the freezer. Teen out of that out, defrosted it, heat it up, and got some nachos spread out there. We have the guacamole and the sour cream and it's fine, like half a fine. So leave for some NFL after that.
SPEAKER_11Fans of combine. It's by draft. Drafts in April.
SPEAKER_07August's next uh aye pre-season. See, minus garret a lot of Rams, huh? Garrett a lot of Rams.
SPEAKER_08Rams.
SPEAKER_11Shut a dun terror, have it.
SPEAKER_04Garrett's a minute. Aye. Well June, July, August. I was actually like looking at the flights from Green Bay, fancied a game. Aye. Aye.
SPEAKER_11Londonine, maybe. I know, but do the There's London games anyway.
SPEAKER_04Aye, gun do a game like uh in the Kenya though. Uh maybe we would. Uh no, I think the games have been picked up. Games have been picked up.
SPEAKER_06Germany, is there games in Germany? Germany, I think.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, Jar's a bit like them over, don't they? Jargs I was in London.
SPEAKER_11Germany'd be good. You're at Munich. Is it Munich? Munich eye.
SPEAKER_04Jogs are worth watching, they were pretty good, like Jargs are the championship game last year.
SPEAKER_06One in Mexico. Uh Mexico's Germany.
SPEAKER_04Aye, aye, you say Germany. Massive in Germany. I'd love to go to Germany and watch it.
SPEAKER_07Lines are in Germany.
SPEAKER_04You cheap it's fucking flight to Green Bay, it's a problem, can you get you get cheap flights to Chicago, which is about four hours. You get a cheap coach, but it's flight's £200 for Chicago to Green Bay, yeah. But your bus is like $20, but that's five hours, yeah.
SPEAKER_11And after you've been fleeing all that time. And then you've got to get back, can't you?
SPEAKER_04You could, yeah, like I didn't know what it mark uh that wouldn't mark a big thing. I just went to go or watch a game and come home. Alright.
SPEAKER_07Near way games across the East Coast.
SPEAKER_04Uh well, it didn't actually look too hard in it. I maybe well hell look at it. I fancy another stadium, actually. Just tuck in another stadium, put a Lambo. But it was so good I'd go back. I drove by the Baltimore, that's a fair thing in it. Then I fancy gun to Baltimore, so no. No. Chicago and that's Soldier Field would be good.
SPEAKER_07I would like Soldier Fields.
SPEAKER_11It's an all uh that historic game.
SPEAKER_04Is this the first thing you beat like a MetLife in a hand when you go to uh the and I went to New I always get confused between Gillette Met is I and I've been to New York? Gillette Hannah. I got two mixed up by the time. I always still folk I've been to Gillette. You've been at Met Life. I've been to MetLife, right? In New Yorking. It's in New Jersey, you need a train again. Okay. It's pretty good commuting there. I like to go to Seahawks in Seattle, aye. Aye. It's a whole rad. That's like West Coast, isn't it? It's about the same time as Vegas. Vegas, aye. It's right there in the west. Wash it in, isn't it? Wash it and up washing state up in up in the top nuke. So that's that's meant to be loud as fuck in here. Legion of boom. Legion of boom. Fuck me, I'm getting excited for anything. So Sunday you up are out. I guess I'm honestly never even tired. I was fine. I was so uh aye. That was it. That was my Sunday. Like Mike?
SPEAKER_11Friday night um with a grandson Biden because we're also got Scotland game the Saturday. Um me and I'll start gone through many episodes of uh legends at programming that for the first time.
SPEAKER_06I just watched the first episode. It's good.
SPEAKER_11It's good, is it? So it's about uh the customs excise folk that are gonna undercover to kind of take down the drug cartels coming into it.
SPEAKER_06Oh so is it real? It's based on the story based on three.
SPEAKER_04It's good it's a drama, it's based on real events real events, aye.
SPEAKER_11So it's Friday night. Uh Saturday I was the same with doing to Hamden with yourselves and the lads. Um kind of two two three tennies in a way down. And um I watched the game, Harrison loved it. Um it was just a good day for him. Uh come up a road. No dramas there, got a pizza up a road, watched the penalty, got back in time for the penalties for the the Champions League. Um Harrison was shattered. If it was a long day for him, like I said, especially he was up at Buck a six, so he was about to bed at eight. By that point, Elaine was him about ten past seven, I think she was in her bed. Ladies' day. Ladies' day. Oh, I was demonstrating. Uh Gatsby Tarot is sort of thing. Yeah. She was at the P and Jane Arnold, was she? She was dressed up mere like uh the w the wifey in um the mither in uh cheeky blinders. Oh yeah. She might be dressed up like her, so um I she was bedded by ten past seven.
SPEAKER_04Um I seen Chuggs and his wife. Well, Chuggs was Steven. He was not at a bit, I'd seen the donor. Oh she was well on like an ESP uh yesterday, sorry.
SPEAKER_11I saw him went home, watched the fat barison to bed, and I mean if I watched on the TV. Must have been out great. But then Sunday and got up, Harrison, made breakfast sausages and porn sausages for him, and um made for Eileen, but she was in a what in. Um then went Harrison's fatbard in the den. He was playing uh Golden Globe. Uh I think they're close to being I think they're thinking religious maybe for it. Kind of like um Jesus. Uh Jesus Jesus. But I think it's on like a Golden Globe that card um so they played um and I think they beat him was it four one, I think it was the beat himself, is it? Fifteens, 2015s. Fifteens, aye. So um Harrison had a few chances to score, just gonna get a button back tonight.
SPEAKER_04Confused with that let's go back to under 10s, under sevens, and it's 2006 if it's all fucking mean like that understand it.
SPEAKER_06Why did they change it?
SPEAKER_07I just I just blaming you. You were involved. I was just under 15s, under sixteen, under thirty.
SPEAKER_04That was easier because you can't age now. You've got to do the fucking sums before you go So it's 2015, it's not looking all 2009s is under eighteen. So then you have to ask other questions about how big your goals are and the size of the fucking sides are, and they go playing with goalies and the the the hate to play out for the back and again is the real sides that you can't.
SPEAKER_11There's a retreat line, there's a throw-ins, there's kick-ins, there's the women playing with the loons and uh I think they're gonna nines after summer, I think. Find the primary seven primary seven's nine.
SPEAKER_04It's gonna be primary seven after summer, so fun do they stop like because fun is just finding some loons to play the gather to start with, do they?
SPEAKER_07Fun does that until they go into under seventeen. Is it under sixteen? Sorry. So I was just like, Oh be lasses be able to look after themselves in the city.
SPEAKER_06Oh, yeah, and then in Lenny's age group, there's two or three lasses are tougher and not missed to the lads.
SPEAKER_11Like that's good development for them as well, is it kind of playing with the nails, huh? So I watched that, uh came up a road, um Uweans came around, sort of did some raffles with Ewanes, um then finished that, then Elena said we'll come for lunch with Harrison, so didn't Duty Legion for lunch, which was fine. I had carved cards and chicken fillets and that was fine. Up a road, dumped off a ham, then just went ham and fucked about, just tidying up. You've got kids around you I always have to clean up afterwards.
SPEAKER_04Uh because I'm not gonna mess all the time. And then you should tidy up. Yeah, I was real just leaving it till I ended up.
SPEAKER_11Was it last night? Was it Sunday night we watched the girl in the picture? I think it was a coin eye. You could just watch it on Netflix. It's a murder thing. Really, really good. One one episode, two episodes. Just one thing. Aye. It's like an hour enough. Twenty thirty. Um was it the weekend by we? Twenty when we were thirty. When we were twenty when we were thirty. Oh right, okay. Somewhere about uh eighty, ninety minutes. Do you do you say about a film? If it's two hours, do you say it's an hour twenty uh hundred and twenty minutes? Is that yours? It was the yours. Film's yours, is it? Two and a half, two hours.
SPEAKER_06Documentaries or minutes.
SPEAKER_11So it's like a documentary thing, so it's uh eighty, ninety minutes. Programmes, films, it's hours.
SPEAKER_04Is it? It's on for an hour. And ours and episodes. Aye. Yeah. So if it's one episode, it's two and a half hours, or two hours, or an hour and a half, or an hour.
SPEAKER_11So you would say like neighbours and phone away as a few years. Half an hour. Half an hour and half an hour. Near thirty minutes. No.
SPEAKER_04And that's nay in a tween.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_04Can it's either an hour or an hour and a half. Well, that's an hour and a half. 75 minutes. You round up. Aye. Nay doon.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_04For we was fucking Kenny Films, was I an hour and a half, innit? There are at least two hours now. I for longer.
SPEAKER_11Irishman was like two and a half hours. Or three or three. Nah.
unknownNah.
SPEAKER_11Ben Har. Ben Harbour's like.
SPEAKER_06You've lost me after I've never eased.
SPEAKER_07I think you're showing off a bit, Ken. Well, you know, it means you're you're crap at 40 D. Aye.
SPEAKER_11You can't condensed it. You should have condensed it now. But you get some films that it's quite slow for a start, then the end says, I mean they should have extended it to another hour. Like made it two and a half hours or something.
SPEAKER_07Stop fucking about it at the start.
SPEAKER_11Aye.
SPEAKER_07Now worse than a film that takes ages to get going.
SPEAKER_06We've lost interest then. Lost interest? We're a scrolling generation.
SPEAKER_04Especially as day and age. They need to be gripped straight away. Aye. The opening scene should be somebody getting shot in the face. And then that's good.
SPEAKER_06Ah you're faded, you're focused and you're like.
SPEAKER_04And then it cuts that scene and the boys washing dishes in the kitchen. And then you find out it was a boy got shot, it's moved back in time. Then straight away, I'm like, oh yeah, I like. But again, like sometimes you'll be a half fool and gun.
SPEAKER_05The fuck is going on? Why is he still washing his dishes?
SPEAKER_07I don't like being confused. No, you've got to give me an hook early door.
SPEAKER_04Early doors and eye. Aye. Aye. I hate being confused. I just start getting annoyed. Kind of confused. Like Inception. Inception.
SPEAKER_06Aye, like at five dreams deep.
SPEAKER_04And you've got to watch it right then to understand what's happening right to start. Give me a cigar and van dam. Can't this happen?
SPEAKER_05Can we kill this brother and now he's out for revenge?
SPEAKER_07He's gonna get a few hidings in the wide button. He'll end up coming up with the colour.
SPEAKER_05You can you can't happen. No, it's it's brilliant.
SPEAKER_06He's never gonna stop till he gets him.
SPEAKER_04He'll end up shagging a good-looking lady. Simple simple plots.
SPEAKER_05And that husband was nasty. Fucked him in that ham in the eye. I beat him up and didn't fuck him. He beat after he gets beat up, but he did a like.
SPEAKER_11Brilliant. Super happy. I watched last I watched uh was it Die Hard 4 or something that was on last week? Poor card. So terrible. It's so bad. Go on too far.
SPEAKER_06Go on too far, bro.
SPEAKER_04Stop after two. Aye. Aye. Even you could even argue after one. We don't. Or sometimes the first scene's so good, then I'd be a sequel. Because you're fucking like taken as a sequel. Taken. I've never watched it.
SPEAKER_07Taken is just a taken's watch up.
SPEAKER_06Taken two, and then taken three is just.
SPEAKER_04I'd be first too. Ken, that's aye. His daughter gets kidnapped and he's out to find the boys. And he he's like fucking special agent, Ken. Elite elite.
SPEAKER_06He could take your cigar. Like an equaliser. Equaliser's. Denzel and Azda. It's Rambo. M BQ, sorry.
SPEAKER_07M BQ, aye. Equaliser. I watched Equaliser 3 or 3.
SPEAKER_11I did. Mafia. Nah. I'd probably score first teen, thirteen, and seconding. Seconding. Seconding's got a bit of a shit ending.
SPEAKER_04New a days I only watch films I've seen before. Aye. Ken they're good.
SPEAKER_07Don't watch nothing you.
SPEAKER_04Don't watch a chance. Ken, you're running out of time.
SPEAKER_07Damn about Shaw Chunk.
SPEAKER_11I'm gonna be entertained for an hour and a half. You can jump into it on a time as well. If it's an hour and a bit an you you'll still watch it at least half an hour.
SPEAKER_07Now you watch though, Kenny. I'm feeling a bit tired and you flick a channel and it's a good film.
SPEAKER_06I'm gonna watch this.
SPEAKER_05Taken's just starting.
SPEAKER_04You say it's cannot watch ten minutes of it. In that 4K, it's what you can up and watch.
SPEAKER_07You see that a million times.
SPEAKER_04My TV and it's gonna break some break. Come on, come on.
SPEAKER_05I've watched misery a hundred times, hoping that James can't get a skin. And he never did. And every time he blocks uncle just fucking that's one of the savage movies.
SPEAKER_04Nasty piece of work. Fuz James Carn, Fuzzy Bits Captain. She's good in the like.
SPEAKER_09She plays a good job, like a good car and Karen. That's a first carton. Proper not drawmatic. She was nice as pie, but evil as fuck. Oh, he's landed lucky. Just found him. Top problem. Every woman you can is a wee bit of like a.
SPEAKER_05She's just an exaggeration of it.
SPEAKER_07I'll probably push Little Title Point for too much back my life.
SPEAKER_06Dusty definitely laughs in a guard. Like when I had a kidney stage initially was laughing a lot until she realised it was pretty serious.
SPEAKER_09What a toilet. What are you learning on the kitchen floor? Screaming.
SPEAKER_11Oh last week, week a four. Aye. Can I I'd three I would tell you number two, then number one, then number three. Three's two's good. Three shit. Three shit.
SPEAKER_04Three shit, uh the Wild Westing. Aye. Godfather again, one and two, amazing three wasted waste of thing. Aye. A good thing. Rocky. Rocky's. It stopped at four, did it? Aye.
SPEAKER_08Oh aye.
SPEAKER_04Five's a disgrace.
SPEAKER_08Morrison.
SPEAKER_04Tommy Gold and then Balboa.
SPEAKER_07Stop all that. Creed. Rubbish.
SPEAKER_04Rubbish. You'll never be one to four.
SPEAKER_11Nah. Four's the best. Four's the best.
SPEAKER_06Four's just on.
SPEAKER_11Four, then. I would say three's the weakest out of the first four.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_04One. You won? One. Nah, one sense is the real team. Come on. For me, it's it's four. Two, three, one. Aye. I would say four, one, two, three.
SPEAKER_01I'd be the same as that. He does not win. Okay, pretty much. If he'd won! He'd be second.
SPEAKER_07If he'd won, he wouldn't have won a fucking second.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I know. Because if he beat Creed, Creed's used for revenge. I was a fluke. Now I'm gonna train really hard. I fucking can't get this bum.
SPEAKER_07I can, but then Creed gonna be training hard.
SPEAKER_04No. I know he's training hard because he got beat. I can but he didn't. Didn't I pay Rocket enough? Respect in the first thing. And now he's training hard and he's getting beat him last time, but Rocket proves in the second he's near fluke, so that ain't changed too much. I love a bat and two tooth and fucking James Brown. James Brown's fucking man. It's four. That's four. Fitz uh Creed's uh trader card again. I know you'll be the one that's blocked. So he goes up to uh so Creed, he's desperate to fight Rocket and the R say, no no, forget this bomb, he's a bomb. Then I fight him again. And he asks him, Do you think I won the first fight?
SPEAKER_01And the boy goes, uh, you got the decision, he's like, What are you so afraid of? And he walks right up to me. He says, I seen you beat that man like no other man had ever been beat. And he kept coming up. We don't need to kill a man in the life. So many shit. He's gonna make it so many gigs cut out.
SPEAKER_04He died. Yeah, what's his name again?
SPEAKER_06Carl Weatherman. Carl Watherman. Carl Weathersman.
SPEAKER_04He's amazing, isn't it?
SPEAKER_11Way in Apollo. Brilliant. I love I love the scene when the two of them are sparring in it. Ding. Ding ding. Hi, so fine weekend up there. Hi. Good, good, good. Fat man news. Highland leaksy, uh Melakare leaving Terra or what Ross County. Is it a trial, is it? Is it a trial? Nah.
SPEAKER_07It's a big step. It's a big step, man. Big step, I feel like.
SPEAKER_04No, he's a good luck.
SPEAKER_06Great opportunity.
SPEAKER_11Ross County's all the time. They're a league one this season, third.
SPEAKER_06They are league one a season, so hoping to go straight back up with the hope to go straight back up last year.
SPEAKER_11So the best of Miller.
SPEAKER_07Hope it works out for you then.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. If it's a trial consistor like this, do you get training? So obviously they're full-time, so you'd be training with them for a couple of weeks and then get a couple of games and see how it goes.
SPEAKER_06Will they be full-time still though, like being in League One? They'll probably have to cut their budget, it might be I recognize. Because I suppose Carly were full-time, but they I think they were only a full-time team in League One last year.
SPEAKER_04With the them and I can tell by the way you're saying that, yeah.
SPEAKER_06Because Stenris Muir, I think, was the other thing, but that's why Carly won a league and should have won a league because they're full-time.
SPEAKER_04You've got our bruth cutting about the championship for years with part-time. Part-timers now.
SPEAKER_03Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_11We'll see, we'll see. Um good setup up here, so aye.
SPEAKER_04It's obviously a big jump for the league. Oh, yeah. Still a young loon kid. I'd be a second young striker if you turret a chance to get a big timely on cheating now.
SPEAKER_11Turret just signed a young lad for uh Hall Russell of the Zahamett finished top scorer.
SPEAKER_06Oh yeah. Second top scorer. Ah, the same Barbage and I. That's for Miller.
SPEAKER_04Kenfield, isn't it?
SPEAKER_06Hall Russell. But somebody said uh second top scorer, 33 goals. The boy at the top was for New Marker, 34 goals.
SPEAKER_11When they signed supposedly I heard that when they signed Miller and they they said the two of them, the other boys better. So we'll see how boy will they get off. Okay. That's right, that's right. Just signed us last week of this.
SPEAKER_04So we'll see how we get on. I would say Miller's a better prospect than a boy uh Aaron Reed Reed. Aaron looked a de I don't get my wrong, looked a decent player. And uh Miller looks a proper player to me, like proper old-fashioned striker, never uh never outside the width of the post, just a natural thing for a man again. And he's eyes causing problems. So I I fancy his chances to if again he's plenty of time in that player.
SPEAKER_11The Dawn's got a few signs this last week though, boy Mayo, um Louis Mayo. Fuzzy the boy the Austrian guy.
SPEAKER_06Austrian guy, that obviously getting in about him, and then obviously the captain for Kelly and uh Rod Lyons and Oh so he's getting the signings in early.
SPEAKER_11Oh that's good.
SPEAKER_04Fuzzy Boy Mayo or for T comfy.
SPEAKER_06Centre back for Kelly originally Rangers in crazy. Fuzzy Boy Lyons uh centre meant for Kelly boys. Bit of steel through the middle.
SPEAKER_11So Louis Mayo was it rangers though, was he? Then he went to Killy. Ah right, okay.
SPEAKER_06Solid boys, but or is there no money? 'Cause it's nearly like box office signings, but I like uh I just like for the desay like so step up for them and it to antiberdeen, so hopefully you're gonna get a shift out of them.
SPEAKER_11It's a strategy changing I suppose I'm looking to get some players that played in Scotland already instead of gun to change in the strategy.
SPEAKER_04Strategy, yeah. So is Mayo Lyons Faz the other guy?
SPEAKER_06Yeah, an Austrian defensive midfielder. I haven't even checked his Wikipedia like that. Any quick he's then? Your ticket, season ticket, season ticket So there's a bid in for top of the day, they were saying, is there? Is there? Would you sell him if they match your money? Yeah. I think so. I think he went to Scandi's U. Aye Sellem.
SPEAKER_04Sell him. Scandies.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, the Scandies. I'd I think well I'm just me. I just think he maybe just wants to clear the decks and just get his in.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he's just getting boys you doesn't like.
SPEAKER_07Maybe yeah.
SPEAKER_04Rather than just saying, well, get rid of the Scandies. Surely one or two of them pretty decent guys.
SPEAKER_06He wants to keep him, he's saying, but he's saying he's gonna go on loan, isn't he?
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_06But uh Geiger boy, you see if it's not he was on like you see a loan. Supposedly on like forty grand a week at Hoffenheim, so I see he come back here.
SPEAKER_07There'll be interesting young eans can he uh because he's getting all them a chance seemingly again, so it'll be interesting to see if it ain't I'll get a run out in that leak of cup stuff, won't I?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's unbelievable at Geiger. I'd say quality I'd say quality you're getting for 40 grand a week. I know. He was alright.
SPEAKER_07He's a just in some job here, at night. Canell.
SPEAKER_04Jesus just shows you.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Who would be the top pied boy at every name beyond?
SPEAKER_06Or ten? I'd guess eight, seven, eight, seven or eight grand. Top, top, ten, that would be five. Like Shiny was a Shinney was one of the biggest scenes, was he?
SPEAKER_04Aye. If it's you getting two at Colin or something, there was a lot, yeah. Nabess. Just guessing.
SPEAKER_11If we'll guess and then spread it like it's aye. So if I'm gonna be it's gonna be in a club cart, then that's a good question, actually. Devlin?
SPEAKER_06That'll be Devlin while he's still there, right? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Faz the best player.
SPEAKER_08Farzy best player noster.
SPEAKER_06For me.
SPEAKER_04How much do you give him a week?
SPEAKER_06I would give him ten grand a week.
SPEAKER_04He's your captain.
SPEAKER_06He's you'd for substantial period again and he's he broke his kneecap, didn't he, last game of season? Oh for fuck's sakes. Sell him. I didn't get it.
SPEAKER_04Broken kneecap. Is that Morrison? Was he uh lone or to get to see him a black of hammer? Aye Moy, is it? Moy.
SPEAKER_11Eh.
SPEAKER_04Mayor. Mayo no Malloy. Malloy. No, I keep that. He's good, he's got something. I like him. Two young full bucks. Obviously, boy can for sell if it's his name. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_06I think so. He's a good player.
SPEAKER_04Yeah under his belt. Gami.
SPEAKER_06Gyanfi. Gamfi. Sell him.
SPEAKER_04Aye. Yangy's still there.
SPEAKER_06Yengy. Clean slate. Who knows?
SPEAKER_07No, I don't know. Imagine he comes back in the free.
SPEAKER_06Ambrose, clean slate. Absolutely amazing. No, because the thing you got in mind is they kind of sell these boys, can they? No, no. What's that mean?
SPEAKER_04Ken, if if I was Tori Night Manager and offer me Yengy, I go, nah, you're ready.
SPEAKER_06Ambrose Ambrose went to Hungary. Team got relegated. He's back. Still two years left in his deal. Aye.
SPEAKER_07Ken says they're not gun anyway.
SPEAKER_06No, they're neg anywhere because they want to get the same dough that are getting probably every no one else.
SPEAKER_04The only way you can get rid of them is by saying, look, come on, you you are not going to be playing. So if you want to play, find yourself a move. Or you can you can tuck your wage here every week, but you've got nature on the street. That's how they do it, innit? That's how they get rid of them.
SPEAKER_07Then their agent goes away and they're not going to be able to or they go to their agent and say, Right, let's get a deal here.
SPEAKER_04Your nay in the plans. That's a famous scene. Is it your nay in my plans? Which is that's just the nature of the business.
unknownMr.
SPEAKER_11Struty Mellon's left the dude. 32 years. A fair shaft for him on, to be fair. A lot of folk obviously said a lot of bad things, I suppose, when you came in about he's done any bag with the c for the club, is he?
SPEAKER_06Ah definitely.
SPEAKER_04You wonder why boys like that put themselves in that position because here's a boy's really successful businessman, earned a lot of money, could have just disappeared. Again, could have just went to games and been a silent role, maybe in a non-executive role on the board and put yourself up in the parapet if then you go up to chairman and shit like that, do you? It's a non non-win. Almost non-win up here.
SPEAKER_07But it's the same at even every club you go to you can you can even say about Tura United. Right. Can you even say about only chairman if they talk on a role?
SPEAKER_04I am but the question is why would you do that? I dag because you could say say the same about a manager, couldn't you? Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Well you've been a manager, you've been a manager, so why did you do that?
SPEAKER_04No, but like I can see the manager thing. Because you uh you share in a success, you're in the dressing room, you're you're dictating really if it's happening, and you're a boss, and can you you pick a team, so there's a lot of reward if you get a win. Well, I picked the deal.
SPEAKER_07But then as a chairman, I I've picked uh I've picked the manager and I've picked a successful board, and we're we're look how well the club's grown in the community, and blah blah blah blah blah. So then the manager.
SPEAKER_04No, no, no. I think so. Nah. Very rarely do you hear, oh chairman, what a legend. Again, it's mostly criticism for a chairman. Nibdi's ever happy with the chairman. And if it goes really wrong, it but it's our chairman's fault.
SPEAKER_07Aye, because well he is he is ultimately responsible.
SPEAKER_04Responsible for it. But I don't think he shares in the same glory as a manager. If a manager gets like Arteta again, it's a wonk after our Teta again. But Fuz speaking about the Arsenal chairman for keeping him for keeping our.
SPEAKER_07But we've mentioned the board and I think at Arsenal about how they've stood by him and Cronk.
SPEAKER_04Exactly. Kronk. That's fine. That's that's the point I'm marking, Ken.
SPEAKER_07But in his eyes, he'll be a success.
SPEAKER_11He might yeah, well, for Melanie, massive affiliation with a club, loves the club and wants to help out will help him get as far as possible and take that role on. He's got a successful business and he wants to maybe turn a success with a business into a club.
SPEAKER_04So I think it's a bit of ego in there with chairman and uh kind of like can you see a lot of failures, you always think a MacS Club have massive success.
SPEAKER_06Maybe to the detriment of his business.
SPEAKER_04I think he was a waff of the business for I thought it wouldn't do the tubes.
SPEAKER_11But uh but like I said, Dick Donald can I be raves about Dick Donald and Feed Dunwork Club and I've never heard that folk Abdi raving about Dick Donald.
SPEAKER_04You remember being a Dick Donald Reef? You you er you rewind us podcast six years and you find me the bit first. Apart from the stand, part of the stand. You're saying Abdi raves about him. Oh the all our generation.
SPEAKER_11Does he? So Malna Barfield Don's um stand named after you or a statue.
SPEAKER_07Neither.
SPEAKER_06Neither stand. I don't think you're a stand out. But then you'll get a statue and you go.
SPEAKER_11I'd just slip away.
SPEAKER_06Ambiguity just did I'm not gonna fuss you like or the statue. I wouldn't even know.
SPEAKER_04Nah. I think it was could be cool if you was like you made it in sport worth a Torah, and you were like one of the best players that's ever played a game. Played for 500, no. No, you look at like uh in the bat statue, I say the Taraku. In folk game, this is for this is for Kevin Fraser grew up here. He kicked the bar in the streets here. Like Bremner for Foge with that Aston Villa AI video.
SPEAKER_06That's fucking class.
SPEAKER_04See, I should be a statue of Des Bremner and Fogey should I win a European Cup. 100% in a carpet. Get stolen. That's mental, isn't it? A boy grew up in Fogey, played for Devonville, won a European Cup with Aston Village. I don't think I'd spoken enough about it. And Kevin had a good career as well, Kevin. Played for uh Melwall under George Graham. By all means do near well kent.
SPEAKER_11You've also got the loin in Aberdeen, have they?
SPEAKER_07Dennis Law.
SPEAKER_11Aye, aye loin. Loin.
SPEAKER_05Loin the me the Muriel as well. Murial Muriel.
SPEAKER_11There's neither other Fudging would deserve a statue in Aberdeen. You've got the Fergie, you've got Law. Dick Donald We've got a stand.
SPEAKER_04Fat boy that Abdi Rose revives a boot.
SPEAKER_07Stadium next door. Chrissander Sanders.
SPEAKER_06Chrisander Sanders. He was on a board, Aberdeen. Is he?
SPEAKER_04Sports star every night.
SPEAKER_06Lory? Lore, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_07We've got a folk that won a gold medals at Ken Boyfee West Hall. Wifey. Yeah, Wifey, sorry.
SPEAKER_04Won a gold medal. Glory definitely worthy statue.
SPEAKER_07Open winner, huh? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Open one of the biggest major. Well, arguably the biggest major.
SPEAKER_07Uh-huh, yeah. And in a really successful career.
SPEAKER_04That is a select, isn't it? Boys that win golf and majors. If you think about the hail population that plays golf and how many of them win majors, you're speaking about less than one percent.
SPEAKER_07Minuscule.
SPEAKER_06Minuscule.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So to me, that's worthy. Yeah.
SPEAKER_11He was giving it though, was he?
SPEAKER_04He flipped it, didn't he, Mike? Flugged in a four-hole playoff. If Rana Carney was favoured and you listen to you, don't like it. She won a US Open.
SPEAKER_06I see she was offering to Grit the other day because finally admitting that she'd listen to it. Alright.
SPEAKER_04It's a tough gig.
SPEAKER_07Think four of us will get a statue instead of coup. No.
SPEAKER_04No. No. You never know. If we win a Scottish podcast award.
SPEAKER_05It wasn't a voter award, though, was it? I definitely wouldn't have won it. Three votes. Three votes.
SPEAKER_11Four votes us. So did you watch the Champions League final uh at the weekend? How would you do it?
SPEAKER_04Two bampod statue like er like a like a trendy.
SPEAKER_05Begamian rhapsody getting four faces, getting two on top of the other, and two at the bottom.
SPEAKER_11Just say back to back to back to back. So we're not facing out the way.
SPEAKER_04So it's no matter if you tuck a picture, one of them.
SPEAKER_07That's a good innit.
SPEAKER_06That's a good innit, mate.
SPEAKER_07You want to get R4 in one picture still then?
SPEAKER_04No, you need a special err Panorama.
SPEAKER_09You need uh you want the four of us like a Glenn Garns for that four in his magic.
SPEAKER_08Just a four of us starting, can't I take it in. Maybe he hit it more like Mount Rushmore.
SPEAKER_07I chiseled into one outside.
SPEAKER_11Can a quarry do no to do near? Aye. Just hear my faces quarried into the same.
SPEAKER_04A bit aquari fucking like local but like you'd it's a cut-defined proper only a proper tube. But I didn't need it was a second. Right, so Thorny Bunk, right? Thorny bank. Turn a go up a thorny bank, then turn left, right? Yeah. Up towards Ethan Wells. Uh-huh. Is it well? Yeah, got the fish a forward. But is that right turning? Yeah. So you tuck it right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_07But I can't figure out. You could you could do everything? Stein wanna be good, you need a proper good steam. A sandstein or a granite or something. Just dram back markers.
SPEAKER_11Could maybe get somebody's graffiti aside a lot. So Champions League at the weekend. Watch it. We walk. I kinda watched it watching the bus.
SPEAKER_07One of the worst games of football you'll ever see.
SPEAKER_04Is it? It's like a lot of Champions League finals, is it? Very rarely that great.
SPEAKER_07Worst thing could have happened, happened, and that was Arsenal scoring early doors. Parked the bus. Parked the bus and it didn't work.
SPEAKER_06If they hadn't got a bend, though Arsenal would have won at 1-0, wouldn't they?
SPEAKER_07It's out of ifs and butts though. Well the we're getting there.
SPEAKER_11There's a lot of possession, did they? A lot of possession. 22% possession that Arsenal had.
SPEAKER_06It's the least ever in a Champions League. I think that's scandalous for the English champions.
SPEAKER_07And their XG was I I can't speak about XG at the time, but it was like 0.00 something. One Arsenal created fucking hee-haw.
SPEAKER_11Relying on like set pieces, long throw ends, corner kicks. Even they were crap. Aye.
SPEAKER_07I just I just thought it was a really poor, poor game.
SPEAKER_06But I was looking at you seen the stats saying like PSG art level playing against English champions, 92% success rate in their passing, and that's ridiculous. Again, but it was it was passing back and forth, don't it was just it was no fucking you're playing against elite a Europe air and Arsenal couldn't get a touch of your bar.
SPEAKER_07Arsenal were just sitting there and they were quite happy. Again, it was going back and forth one side up, back through the other.
SPEAKER_11PSG were taking shots for like 30 odd yards.
SPEAKER_06Arsenal plugged the gaps, they couldn't they're good in the playthrough because Arsenal were so tight. You've got to give Arsenal. Arsenal rock solid at the back.
SPEAKER_04You've got to give Arsenal credit for stopping a team that nobody else has been able to stop anywhere close, right?
SPEAKER_07Oh aye, hey, they did their game plan, and that's what they were trying to do. Just didn't mark mark for good watching, that's all.
SPEAKER_04Aye.
SPEAKER_07I'm not knocking them for a foot they did. Just saying it wasn't wasn't a good to watch. But ultimately you're right or win a game of fit, but so you couldn't doesn't it matter how you play?
SPEAKER_04No. It was you who was knocking them down. It was you who's knocking them for the But the rocks all in, but it's just I just think you said it was unacceptable for English champions to 21% possession.
SPEAKER_06No, I just think got better players than that, go and win a game again, but get an early goal and just decided there and then, right? That's it. Shot up shop. 90 minutes or sitting D and that and in the end they come up short.
SPEAKER_11I think PSG UK, that would have been Arsenal's game plan. If Arsenal came out and changed the game plan, they would they would have been caught and maybe.
SPEAKER_04That's what they did our season, really. And they've been better at that than everybody else. Certainly for the defensive aspect of the game. And how many times have we sat in here saying I'm fucking sick of seeing fucking shitty defending, can? Arsenal never gave him nothing, can you you're speaking about Europe's best team because PSG are Europe's best team, and they've obviously I didn't see the out of the game, I was watching bits and pieces of it, but you're stopping a Europe's best team for playing for creating chances. So I think you've got to give credit to Arsenal for managing to do that.
SPEAKER_07There's they're still they still created chances. Arsenal did. No, Arsenal didn't PSG still. The chances for they should have scored. Should have scored. So maybe their finishing was maybe just we beat you off.
SPEAKER_04If you play like that and you get beat, you can't complain. And Abdis as well, the best team won. Nah. They were the team. They wouldn't need to try to try to win again. Because if PSG PSG had gone up one nil, they wouldn't have they wouldn't have stopped back in a low block and tried to protect it. They would have gone out and tried to get two, three, four.
SPEAKER_07I would have led that better game actually, because Arsenal would have to have come out.
SPEAKER_04You do wonder if Arsenal's better than that. I think they're better than that. I think playing low block and they being that adventurous is for teams that have got low and I spent a lot of money, Henna got a lot of good players. That's why they've got to do it, they've got to can get scraps, seek set pieces, but be defensively strong. And you can you're playing a better team than you, but I think it likes Arsenal should be better than that for me. Certainly better than 21%. Because that is like really low. I think they've got to do better with the bar.
SPEAKER_07I'd I'd agree with that as well. See, if it'd been a lesser team playing PSG and sat in, you wouldn't have complained.
SPEAKER_04But Arsenal should be better.
SPEAKER_07Well, exactly. Let's let's go at least here go. Because if if I'm a player there, I'm coming off that parking thinking, Did I did we really get our best shot here? No, we didn't.
SPEAKER_04Because we're structured if you're if you're at Odegaard or on a lot of creative players, you look at Magic and come on.
SPEAKER_06He was looked like he was enraging when he came off when he could probably just gone.
SPEAKER_04He's better in the final third, is he? Odegaard can create and stuff, but he's being asked to be in a low balk with the rest. That's not his game.
SPEAKER_07I'm not convinced he's he's good going forward either.
SPEAKER_04Nah, Odegaard's a good player.
SPEAKER_11They sure like mass. Flash scores flash scores saying 25% to 75%, but uh I know great, is it now? X XG uh was 0.5 for Arsenal, 1.73 for PSG, 21 shots on target for uh no 21 total shots for PSG, seven for Arsenal, four on target for PSG. That just shows you one for Arsenal, not to go.
SPEAKER_04You say like Jose was the king of playing like Arteta, but Josie's teams would be mere with the buttons. They were still very dangerous, very dangerous, aye, on a counter or or even like his Chelsea team would be a maybe cough up position in your better teams, but still control the game and their A and Y.
SPEAKER_07Right. If they decided to go, they would go, yeah, and you would be under severe P. Arsenal aren't I like that. I just I think they're they're they're lacking at the top end, Arsenal quality-wise.
SPEAKER_04Like Sam Man Setti wouldn't have played like that. No, no, they would have gone and they would have went toe-to-toe.
SPEAKER_06Enrique's pure class, though, in heque just a class individual. First you gotta go in. Is he leaving? Is he leaving like or is that?
SPEAKER_07Ken Liverpool's next point. I mean they're speaking to Ariel. Is it Ariel?
SPEAKER_06I wish Liverpool he'd be biting and have to get a city.
SPEAKER_04Enrique Maresca. That's why it was Ken Carricks did a good job at United, but can I thought a city type is he the continue the Y Pep's? I think you need a completely different because you've got a style of player.
SPEAKER_11Enrique's just working basically go for it, Ken. Has Maresca been appointed yet? No, no, but that's what they're they're speaking about.
SPEAKER_04They're saying uh the boardmouth boys going to Liverpool.
SPEAKER_11Ariola, uh and it'd be Gerard, Milner, and uh Thiago's coaches. Uh-huh. That's a rumour. I just think it works. Silva's Les Fulham.
SPEAKER_04Amazon. Silver's left Fulham in a guy's gonna Benfica's. I just think Ken the Boy's done an unbelievable job at Bournemouth. They do it, but different gala fish at Liverpool.
SPEAKER_07Different, different size it's the size of club. The size of club.
SPEAKER_11You need a big manager for a club that size, do you?
SPEAKER_07Aye, or somebody had been at that level. Level.
SPEAKER_06You dig it, you dig it because Liverpool need a big season after a season.
SPEAKER_04100% so slot won the league year a four and had a poor season in his oot in his ear. Like uh Ariola would have got two bad seasons at Bournemouth as long as he kept him up, and then he was able now. That season he's kicked on and made him a pretty good team. Well, you dig a bad way, Liverpool.
SPEAKER_06He needs to win someone next year.
SPEAKER_04You ever under that much pressure at Bournemouth if you're dean okay, can because you can lose a couple games and win a couple games.
SPEAKER_07I think Bournemouth or or that sort of uh maybe you need to speak out a turn here for you. Their main goal every year is survival. And if they can get if they can get upper league, they can get upper league.
SPEAKER_04They had a great season this season.
SPEAKER_07Look at Brentford.
SPEAKER_11Look at Brentford, can you get Frank amazing season and a hundred? You think goes to spars to spars and you think, oh my god, if I was getting ticked in, you got Boy Andrews command, you think better than fucking Frank did?
SPEAKER_04Exactly. And spars are near Liverpool.
SPEAKER_07No, no, no, Liverpool's a far bigger bigger club than Flybust Liverpool had a preferred Glasnar who are I think he's I think he's mere capable of dealing with the big egos.
SPEAKER_04But attraction coming up my ham gunning sell against her, Glasner. No, no chance. That's a fair backward step though. Premier League.
SPEAKER_06Giving up the Premier League to go to the SPL. But at the end of the day, there's any some some shape we keen on O'Neill, is it nonsense? So the penalties are your man taking the centre half taking the fifth pen.
SPEAKER_04Well, let's just get straight away, easy. The run-up and they hit the target for me is totally unacceptable. Is he?
unknownFucking hell.
SPEAKER_04I say the day. Can I manager manager banned? Give the team talk because there was a lot of yappy about it. Mere yapping usually see for a manager who are penalties. I'm saying, look, lads, if you miss it, if you if a keeper saves them, it's penalties, canbody's gonna blame you. If you miss a target, you're on a transfer list.
SPEAKER_07Professional football players shouldn't be missing a target for 12 yards.
SPEAKER_04You put kids your kids Harrison's team, right? Put a bar on the spot, that that I care about goalie, and tell him, Ken, hit a target. Every one of them will hit a target. So you're speaking about professional football players, nay hitting the target for 12 yards with nay pressure, nay defender air, nay anything. He's got a free hit for 12 yards, missing the target is completely unacceptable.
SPEAKER_07Just go up and fucking lace it. You've got enough you've got enough quality, enough. See if you put a professional football player and said to him for 10 yards, go and have a fucking one yard one yards. They'd fucking bang it every day of the fucking week. So why can't they just go up, pick their spot, and just put a ten here?
SPEAKER_06It's other stupid run-up skits.
SPEAKER_04Of course, waiting for a goalie to move. You're doing a stupid run-up, you've got to score. Because if you miss, I'd speak about how.
SPEAKER_06The boy stood here, totally stood here. He called his bluff and then he shot his pants. That's a bottom line.
SPEAKER_04He went up to pass the post. That's worse than putting through the bar. Past the post is worse. Because you've obviously now got his width. The width is the margin for error. Width's mental.
SPEAKER_07You put it in the bottom corner with a bit of power. Keepers now saving it.
SPEAKER_06A lot of them wouldn't be like the Iceman and go, Oh, look for what I just did. Or just go as a keycall.
SPEAKER_08They won't go to stanchions and go top corners and stuff like that.
SPEAKER_04They're all trying to do the Harry Kane, whip it into the side net and he's a king.
SPEAKER_06And he's a striker.
SPEAKER_04You don't need to do that. You don't need to a penalty. Can if you hit a target, if you don't hit a target, you've no chance of scoring. Can I mean the first thing you've got to do is make sure you hit a target and then money can have. Can you could hit the poorest right sided penalty? It could tuck a bobble, burn a grun. But if a keeper dives the wrong way, it's gonna be a good thing.
SPEAKER_07Come on, was it a third or fourteen? It was quite uh no penalties goes in as a poor pen, but it was like it was like so slow and beside the keeper, but a keeper went the wrong way. And you're like, well, and folks say it's a great pen.
SPEAKER_06That's what the comms I would say if it works around why it's a great pen. But if he saves it, it's poor pen.
SPEAKER_07Well, I think that's a poor pen, but it's gone in. So but professional football players shouldn't be missing.
SPEAKER_04If I if I was to advise a player, I'd say blast it in the middle.
SPEAKER_06It's a brave goalie to stun here, and it'll go slightly off centre on away when it when you smash it.
SPEAKER_07Just hit it as hard as you can't. If you choose a side or just off the middle, just fucking heat down and blast it.
SPEAKER_04I suppose you could they kind of add the up because there are four things of boys stunning it. And that's when you put in the side. It's easy sitting here. Why's what's your strikers ne tucking the pence?
SPEAKER_06I know.
SPEAKER_04But is it centre half at number five? What the fuck is that about? He's never seen a penalty.
SPEAKER_06He's life's exactly so you would say one in five's your best pen taker. So you'd put that as your pen taker and your backup pen taker, you know what I mean? But him centre half has never seen it. Number five, the most pressured penalty.
SPEAKER_07So either your captain's talking the first or your captain's tucking the last team. Simple as that. There's no argument there. If you probably want your captain to tuck a first team, so set you fucking trucking it up and up in a way, or captain tucked the first team and your good scorer tuck the lasting. Because you're n you're because you're you're never sure how far us penalties are going to go.
SPEAKER_04Well, no, I wouldn't have goalie. Goalie's got to be doing the list.
SPEAKER_07Should goalie shouldn't be fucking captains anyway. That's a heap of shout to be. Well, that's I agree, but it's another rubbish.
SPEAKER_06Goalie's goalie's captain.
SPEAKER_07How can they dictate a fucking team be fucking?
SPEAKER_04Stop being a centre pitch. Either a centre half. Is it centre pitch? Near the goalie. Goalie's got no right to be captain.
SPEAKER_07Even if you didn't earn the captain, even your striker can be a captain. Goalie can't.
SPEAKER_04Nah. And we goalies and fullbacks are wingers. Shouldn't have been captains.
SPEAKER_06There's no many wingers are captains, is there?
SPEAKER_07No, wingers are never captain material.
SPEAKER_06Hazard was captain for a while at Chelsea. Fullback you can't. Fullbacks you can't eh. Definitely.
SPEAKER_07Robertson. Oh, you can. Robertson. Philip Loham. Devlin. Devlin.
SPEAKER_04Tavanier. Tavanier. It's gonna be Sana for me.
SPEAKER_11Do you know's off?
SPEAKER_04Goalie.
SPEAKER_06Schmeckel. Casper.
SPEAKER_07Goalie goalie's goalie's can't be captains.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Too far away. That's being serious. Goalie's a specialised position.
SPEAKER_07Can I wouldn't be harping on NBD about a goalie to fucking tell him fit to D because I wouldn't have fucking go.
SPEAKER_04And it's all the other stuff. Like you can't have goalie organising a night.
SPEAKER_01Somebody'd get drowned or something like that goalies are different for you.
SPEAKER_07So you're saying a centre mid. Ideally, I'd like my my captain to be centre midfield.
SPEAKER_06In a refs log goal. Centre half centre. Because he's watching Rice in the final lifting when they thought we should have had that penalty. And for about three minutes after that, Rice was as far for the left, just giving it to him. Then eventually got booked.
SPEAKER_04If you think about the best captains, there are centre halves. Tony Adams, Butcher, Joff, Miller. That's the best captains. Think about the best captains in history. Steve Burns. There are centre halves. Roy Keane. John Terry. Roy Keane, aye. I'll give you him. I was an exception to rule. I think was I traditionally. Kaiser. Kaiser. Samar. Samar was it? Berezi. Berezi. The ultimate captain.
SPEAKER_07Maldini, fullback.
SPEAKER_04Maldini. But as well. Didn't he? Croyf. We might see our generation mind Maldini's a left back, but the next generation of the boys a bit younger and us like Maldini. Arsenal. Arsenal. Penalties. Penalties. And it was it came very fast. You took a first team in the last team.
SPEAKER_07Couldn't have Robin Dicer cunt, by the way.
SPEAKER_04He is a crit.
SPEAKER_07Because he's a fucking prick.
SPEAKER_04Great player, though.
SPEAKER_08No, he's a fuck, Mike. He's a good center half.
SPEAKER_04No, he's not. He is a big thing. Why is he a threatening?
SPEAKER_08He's just a horrible thing.
SPEAKER_04I think he is.
SPEAKER_07He dives a booty farze about he dives a booty. Never me.
SPEAKER_04I'd scar you for a life. I feel like a scary for him, eh? I know. I'd scar you I all the go to the grave thinking about that. It's hard, man. He can all blame himself. That's the target. It's nobody's fault. It's his in fault. It's like John Terry, can he if he picture how haunted he is at slip?
SPEAKER_06Carrie McAllister said about you in 86. Yeah, that's on BBC Sporting.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04You did think about that, but Kemp when you're tucking ice big penalties in front of the hell world and you miss it. That's a big thing to Carrie. You feel like you've let a hell club down. Yes. He has. Understand. He is.
SPEAKER_11It did was the next day and I wasn't in London.
SPEAKER_07I can't see it.
SPEAKER_08Damn square.
SPEAKER_07Two million fans. He be folks stabbed as well. Was there? Yeah. He barrests. Arsenal fans. Can't control themselves.
SPEAKER_06Two million fans, so that's that was the club, wasn't it? Still a successful season, oh 100% for him.
SPEAKER_07I won a league.
SPEAKER_04Champions League final and then got that monkey off the battery in the 22 years. Never won a Champions League fucking. How close were they? Again. That's close. Penny's huge.
SPEAKER_07Wenger got to the final, didn't he? Aye. Barcelona.
SPEAKER_04Kind of ruined it for him. Aye. Plus Barca.
SPEAKER_06The build up to the game, they were saying that's how much that's changed because they build up to the game that goes. There wasn't Facebook, there wasn't Instagram, there was no iPhones. Back in 2006. Yeah, look how much life's changed since it. Again, it's mental mental. Twenty years.
SPEAKER_07But I well it's a so beginning to win a league, it's a fantastic season. Simple as that. Aye. The European Cup would have been nice in the cake, but I'm sure if you speak that far fucking league every day of the week for me.
SPEAKER_04Aye. Just to break it. Tough aim. I think if you were given if Arsenal fans were given a league or Champions League, I think they might have seen a Champions League. No way. No. If they're 23 years. And they've never won a Champions League. I'm not carrying. Never won it. They've won it primarily.
SPEAKER_06But the mocking they were getting.
SPEAKER_07The League is the ultimate prize only team.
SPEAKER_06And your nation.
SPEAKER_07You're the best. 38 games, you're the best.
SPEAKER_04You're the best. But you're the best in Europe.
SPEAKER_07You can't be debatable.
SPEAKER_04And then you can say what you're near playing every game.
SPEAKER_07You're playing 12 games.
SPEAKER_04I would say Real Madrid won it a good few years, so they definitely weren't the best team in Europe. 100% won it. Either won it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07So I think we are cup. You can lock a cup.
SPEAKER_04Aye.
SPEAKER_07You can hear a lot, you can you can find yourself lucky in the city. In terms of draw, teams you're playing. You can find yourself. Look at the Dawn's last year won in the Scottish Cup. Or sorry, the year before Ken Big Incredible performance. I think a massive chunk of luck, can. But you did it you hear luck through a 38-game season, you do get a bit of luck.
SPEAKER_04But ultimately the best team wins the best team wins. I agree with you, but I think in Champions League, they've tried to tuck as much of that out of it as possible. It's not like a f it was a four. Kind of bet the best teams end up in the final and the semi-final by the why it's our setup. Aye, yeah, there is that. Sorry. But they could they could win it, you could win it. They could have won it Cup Winners Cup in that format of why it was back then. But now Scottish Cob will ever get defended European Cup.
SPEAKER_07But there are sort of settled. Set up be the funding in the big clubs and I think. I mean that's probably too good. But like a European Cup, you could have to be a good one.
SPEAKER_06Exactly. That's fit would be better, wouldn't it?
SPEAKER_07Well, that's for pure fit by fans, wouldn't it? Not that's made up shite, and just you can't first get to be in the last seedings and posts and keep our deal off your till we get the money games, can it's like fuck off. Just take a draw.
SPEAKER_06Old school.
SPEAKER_04Ken it's like a world copy. Mark like instead of this conference pish, can which is to me it's near European.
SPEAKER_06It's a Johnson's painting for a minute.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, is it could mark out straight not good. And on a bee can draw onabri.
SPEAKER_07Aye.
SPEAKER_04Just to get a wee bit mare. And I think I would I would be I would watch out with a Champions League straight. I don't watch the Champions League till the final.
SPEAKER_07I think I watched Semes. Semes. So your pure championship boys that win the league go under that in you're speaking about, and you just get drawn against Omdie.
SPEAKER_04Aye.
SPEAKER_07But you still they're still in the Champions League in. But this is the ultimate, ultimate Champions League.
SPEAKER_06Just the champions.
SPEAKER_07Pure champions. Every European nation gets drawn out of hat, and it could be the Armenian Cup. Armenian Champions versus fucking Arsenal, for instance. Right? That's your tie. Or it could be PSG Bayern in first round. That's your tie. I'd be A's. It's still hit your Champions League, because that's for the money, isn't it?
SPEAKER_04Because you can get a team like a Northist Famagusta, the separate champions in the final because they've got a heap of good and dog.
SPEAKER_05And then they got and then they get PSG in the final and get 10.
SPEAKER_02Lincoln Red impaltese champions, Gibraltar champions.
SPEAKER_05Just Luxembourg. And they got they got Man United and the Semids, but they they're a hell team got killed in a plane class. Celtic played Vatican City. That was a fix.
SPEAKER_07Not fairly would be the Pope Sullivan.
SPEAKER_11So uh it was uh it was it wasn't it the greatest against um a lot of these European finals are usually pretty poor.
SPEAKER_04The odd cracker can but mere often in there they're in the snooze fest.
SPEAKER_11Fitz uh obviously the World Cup starts in the next week. Somebody can say the rules is for the World Cup we var and shit like that.
SPEAKER_07I think there's var var for corners and shit like that. Is that it's all designed for fucking commercial breaks. Next next will be commercial breaks through your FIPA.
SPEAKER_11I'll look at Saturday Scotland game, water breaks, it's twelve degrees.
SPEAKER_07It's designed, it's designed prepping for these minds to prep for a heads fit.
SPEAKER_04Americans are you still in it?
SPEAKER_07But what are we watching?
SPEAKER_04So it won't affect me. You put up weight with the NFL.
SPEAKER_07It's different though. It's I didn't like that.
SPEAKER_04If you watch your heads on your dinner. No. But I see they've started the adverts last year with them, and uh they hate up in the corner.
SPEAKER_07Very sporadic.
SPEAKER_04I kind of watch a game. That's why I kind of used to maybe used to have it.
SPEAKER_06I think it's gonna be a good walk-up because America's made a better setup as in the Vid MLS for a good while now, and it's quite popular.
SPEAKER_04I think 94 was good, but a lot of empty stadiums, but when I well the price. See if it there's empty seats. Yeah, yeah, definitely.
SPEAKER_06That's right.
SPEAKER_11Let's see if how much how much folks out of Scotland hate a game.
SPEAKER_04It better be full. It better be full. Again, saying there's no tickets sold out and bumping up prices, and you go there and half a stadium's empty.
SPEAKER_06Because I've set myself a shelf for like Miami for getting a ticket. I'm never gonna above it.
SPEAKER_11Alright, so I'll see how it goes. Right, uh, move on to this week's wanker of the weekend.
SPEAKER_07I wants to go with theirs. I'll go because mine's a bit crap. And I was struggling this week, to be fair. But I flicked on Sky Sports News, was it last night? The boy Rob Dorset. Fuzzy reporting from Miami.
SPEAKER_09Miami. The England plane has just touched down on American soil. Oh, and he was one can laugh like fuck.
SPEAKER_06He's an England correspondent, isn't he?
SPEAKER_04Is it is his near the boy with Tash in America?
SPEAKER_06Nah, he's Nick Collins passed away. He's a war. Nah, I can't I quote him as Peter.
SPEAKER_07But that's Rob Dot's like telling lies with proof. Why the fuck can you get excited about because they've landed a plane? They've landed a fucking plane.
SPEAKER_04Nah, it's getting excited newly. Nah, I am getting excited newly. What 100% World Cup, it's the biggest tournament. There's nothing compared to.
SPEAKER_06Just a photo.
SPEAKER_04Oh, I'm fucking buzzing for it now. Like World Cup is the crime de la crime at all tournaments, all sports. Lenny's uh Wall Chart up kind of scores in He's my one girl week.
SPEAKER_07The fucking furory about landing a plane in America. Oh, and they'll get VIP treatment when I need to go through the terminal and they'll get whisked away to their secret fucking hotel. Shut up and switch off.
SPEAKER_04So they definitely want to hit bombs. So basically don't give a fuck airlines for them, is it? They get through other security and I don't die.
SPEAKER_07Don't give a fuck.
SPEAKER_04Scotland, no, they should get through, but
SPEAKER_11My one can we get is the police that arrested Henry Novak. 100% about it there. Yeah. And get irate about it, but um sure can see the video today. So that's mine. Uh next Henry Novax uh police police officers.
SPEAKER_04That's mine as well. Handcuffing a boy he's been stabbed five times and dying now, I dad can out. Can I care if anybody said to him if he's telling them the boys he's been stabbed and he can't breathe, they've got a fucking hell who can see what the fuck's or not. Yeah, yeah. You'd have to put him in handcuffs. So I think it's fucking unbelievable. Like it's criminal. It is unbelievable. It's criminal. Some of the policing that you're hearing about. I mean, as fucking 99% of police are good police officers, I'm sure. It's a bit like cruise, isn't it? Only time you hear about cruise in the news if it's an absolut has been an absolute disaster. It's a bit of the same as the police. Again, you only hear about the police in the news if it's really bad. Again, you don't hear news if they've done good work. So again, like obviously it's an art police, but this our bit of police in the hour is as bad as I've seen.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04Because there's footage you out in the hand. Oh, he's speaking in that telly struggling. He's almost gurgling, can't you? It's fucking horror. How can you fucking it's horrendous to watch?
SPEAKER_11Jink often a boy's been stabbed five times and he's basically been the last breaths of his life. I'll be uh outrage yet about it.
SPEAKER_07I wanna be because the mainstream media's qualm qual quashed it off because the fucking government make it simple as that. Oh that's a cunt top of the fucking top of the tree.
SPEAKER_08Nope.
SPEAKER_06Just when I came out Houston, Southampton after that, two cringeworthy videos of the manager apologising to find and then a chairman sitting there and like looks like a Bahamas gamble. Ultimately, I'm responsible for this uh football club and blah blah blah. And I'm backing the manager and the manager's going, it's all my fault and all this, and it's just the most cringeworthy.
SPEAKER_07Do you think uh Chairman Kent? Father Ken. Because if he didn't, he'd be sucking the manager, surely.
SPEAKER_04Manager's got the Ken. Because obviously he's being fed the information.
SPEAKER_07So to me, it's a sat he's got to be sat unless the chairman was in on it, they thought he was a good idea.
SPEAKER_04There's the only reason I can think, oh, he's an ASA because the chairman isn't.
SPEAKER_06The story goes on, he's like he's squeezed his interns into D and it. Oh, can't do that. No, you're dean it. Yeah, so but it's just us two videos, just you watch it when you go home, it's fucking embarrassing. As a player art club, you must be fucking human. Because they've cost you a chance at the big time.
SPEAKER_04You've always looked at Southampton as a decent can give youngsters a chance, they've been well getting usually in the Premier League.
SPEAKER_06Now they're tarnished forever.
SPEAKER_04Delbe, Letice, can just a good all-round Nibdi hates Southampton. Now they are the Celtic England now. Yeah, Abdi hates.
SPEAKER_11I heard Sturgeon's advising the chairman. I did hear Sturgeon doing here like after I interview.
SPEAKER_06Oh my god. That's Prince Andrew stuff in it.
SPEAKER_04Honestly. I'd answer. I'd answer. The only thing I'm struggling with is the camper fan, how she didn't see up. She said it was placed in a position.
SPEAKER_06In between the two uses.
SPEAKER_04And then she also said once he tell my tri then she struggled for his excuse for hearing it. Ken that it was COVID times and they would maybe, if they weren't allowed to sleep in hotels or something, they would hate to use something else to get about the country. I was like, whoa, you're struggling here now. Ken. But she looks genuinely upset to me, like upset because she's been caught. Oh, it's brilliant. Is it him, Nammy? It's pretty it's fucking well.
SPEAKER_07No, but I need to be an actual investigation at an SNP because I can't just be hurting like a lot of politicians are added to that.
SPEAKER_08We've mentioned it.
SPEAKER_04I could easily just be one one guy's embezzled fucking easily the we've seen it out of place. Barney Madal fucking embezzled billions. Basically, an ARM cell, but half an ear himself. I but he didn't his wife didn't again.
SPEAKER_07In terms of like at the very top of the top of the business we had?
SPEAKER_04Er no, I don't I can't mind. So that ain't so. She probably did get into the case.
SPEAKER_07Morrill's wife was the fucking head of the SNP. Yeah. She should have been scrutinizing all the fucking thing. Ooh. 4,000 for party expenses. Where the fuck was that for? Treasury for that, and I uh well you still scrutinize your accounts.
SPEAKER_04I'd have to give her a free pass, but I don't hang I don't think she's I just don't think she's lying. I think it depends how fit scarf you're wearing, Ken. I'm the I'm the uh independence guy at believe in independence, but you're left. Ken I think a lot of folk that are big SNP fans think she's telling the truth, and a lot of right wingers are saying she's telling lies. So it's really R based on I think your politics are whether you believe her or not. That's fit it's R based, do you know?
SPEAKER_07You don't have to just be right-wing a believer.
SPEAKER_04Well, that's what it seems to be. I'd say no, it genuinely is the case. She's got a sixty percent folk believer in polls and forty percent folk dinner, which is basically the left-right well it in fact that brings a bit more left into it than I believe in her and I and as country, but yeah, a lot of it is tied to your politics, whether you believe her or not, because you done again if she's telling lies or no, you're just speculating, like everybody else.
SPEAKER_07So I I would say I would evidence produced such as such as if it's been told in court.
SPEAKER_04I like but she she she she came out of the investigation totally clean, the Bobby's completely cleared her. Now her snip dekens mere about fit's happened than the police and they've cleared her. So my my my take would be I don't know if I again if she's lying or telling I'd I have no idea. The campervan stuff's hard to believe, like it is hard to believe. It's like a Prince Andrew sweating as well. But again, we're we're speculating. She might have nay kent fucking anything.
SPEAKER_07To be fair, she might nail.
SPEAKER_04Or she might have kent. So I speculating. Yeah. But it's fun to speculate about gossip, is it? That's great gossip to be busy, isn't it? I prefer the gossip about your fucking coffee shop.
SPEAKER_01It's just a bit more cruel.
SPEAKER_04You must have seen it to my body.
SPEAKER_05You can't like husband's wife's doing.
SPEAKER_09I can't see I fucking did no opportunity.
SPEAKER_07Even thing you're like.
SPEAKER_09I've got a good deal.
SPEAKER_01How much was it?
SPEAKER_04Pretend you're that can. The memes have been fantastic. The ain first she's struggling to get into the website because it said the Google thing pick a squares with a cover back.
SPEAKER_11It's fucking genius. Oh the AI videos as we all brilliant.
SPEAKER_05Super album, honestly. Being with the Oscars is pretty good. That's pretty funny.
SPEAKER_11Oh, it's a good one. Right, mug of truth end this week.
SPEAKER_04The marks of truth. Is Nicholas Sturgeon telling the truth? I'm like my name's Crap.
SPEAKER_07Well, so go first. Okay. And it's off the back are you here? No, this waiting for your stereo gear at four golf day. Oh, is it acceptable to maybe be open at seven o'clock in the morning? For a business. Seven. Seven.
SPEAKER_04You're near serious business if you're not open early for me. If you're opening at nine, you're near serious business for me. That's for that's for I'm not.
SPEAKER_06Same as we're getting to your work at a decent time, innit? You're near serious if you're I work with young Lassie and she comes in at back of nine every day, and I'm gone and she's and she's clever and she's probably gonna go play. I'm gone. You're not gonna go play, she's coming in at back of nine. Nah. I've been in here since back of six and I'm a loser. And I say back at six. Uh climbing up a shite baby at four. But uh, you've got to be up, you've got to be up and at it early, don't you? You've got to be up at it.
SPEAKER_07I was just I was thinking Michael's Annie Army. Hell day planned out for him. Need to be open at seven.
SPEAKER_04I I picked up uh like spickers and for Muggy Morrison.
SPEAKER_07Can then it fucked your day.
SPEAKER_04I can understand by that. Didn't fuck my day, it was just right across the road. Alright.
SPEAKER_07Oh, was it alright?
SPEAKER_04Er I can I can if you'd seen a boy, American, you're young. Did you is that a boy you got? No, no, I did a little ago. I was into that, I was a young boy, he seemed like he was pretty laid back. Laid back. Kind of like a bus driver on a Simpsons to give that sort of vibes. Oh, okay. Put his name again. Oh god.
SPEAKER_05So he got headphones on, is he? Makes it in the Google again.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So but I am with Shed, you've got to be open. Automan. Automan. If I'm running a business, if I start a business, can let's say I get into some sort of business.
SPEAKER_07Well, no, you're a sp Ken, you're a sparky. You start up in your rain. I'm up at six. Right, start work marking fall day fucking work for you. Coin and a car.
SPEAKER_05I'd rather start at six and finish at three.
SPEAKER_04Oh, 100%. Than start at nine and finish at seven or something. Fuck that. Fuck that. No. Nah.
SPEAKER_08You want to do the school run? Nah.
SPEAKER_09That's why you that's why you're at your work at seven.
SPEAKER_06No one be involved in that kid.
SPEAKER_09We're running money. That'd school run. You've ever done it. We're she and the bears. You've ever done that school run.

SPEAKER_05I don't mind need it to be honest.
SPEAKER_04Doesn't it bother me?
SPEAKER_08But it depends on the business type, I suppose, is it?
SPEAKER_04There is a lot as well, my car, so there's no sense of being open. Fit business. Fit business just nah open it. When I succeed if it opens it, they crack a don.
unknownA bob.
SPEAKER_07Oh, it succeeds because scooter than anybody used to be.
SPEAKER_04Scooter criteria.
SPEAKER_05Good business at time. Time aside. Airport does good business for the pints at time for the barrage.
SPEAKER_11You open at lunchtime and finish it finish at ten so it gets folk that come home for work.
SPEAKER_07But then what happens if you're a night shaft?
SPEAKER_11Get it at dinner time. Get it before you go to work. Strippers. Strippers.
SPEAKER_01Who'd be a bunch of lap dance at six in the morning? Unless they're still out.
SPEAKER_09In a big, big city.
SPEAKER_07I'll be called for it. Just rolling on. Rolling on, Ken. Nanny toon, maybe it's a bit small, but a big, big city. Vibrant Cen London, I bet your strippers open at six in the morning in London.
SPEAKER_04I'm trying to think of an absolute, like no chance that would work open, Ken. You've counteracted our suggestions so far. It's got to be, and it just could not work if you opened at seven in the morning. Cram. You wouldn't get one customer.
SPEAKER_07I didn't need to open at seven in the morning and get a barclog out of the road.
SPEAKER_11Cram.
SPEAKER_07I could go 24 24 7 acting. I think so, bro. 100%.
SPEAKER_04I'd a band. Nib these gun a concert at six in the morning. Raves, Raves go on, aren't they? Aha, but it's can that's near it's near like starting. You're finished in it. Oh, starting.
SPEAKER_06I've got a gig and I've got a gig fan. Seven o'clock tomorrow's morning. You're near gun away.
SPEAKER_08Depends what the band is. Even Tina Park and it started about lunchtime. Get asked because I've these mangled for a night of four.
SPEAKER_04But like most businesses, you you start a cracking door and so you had a business.
SPEAKER_11So you had a shop the time you opened the shop? Seven thirty. Seven. Would you have to do that?
SPEAKER_05Six. Six. Beat RD. If you've if you have newspapers, five. Five. Oh greedy BD, you open up as four, man.
SPEAKER_06Brilliant. Back a five, isn't it? Before they head into two.
SPEAKER_07If you've forgotten something for your night or four, swing doing past Tesco at six and they open you.
SPEAKER_06That's just fucked the hell rooting up and the white work.
SPEAKER_08Aye.
SPEAKER_11Tesco should open earlier. Aye, they're seven. Too late too. Like Saturday, what would I get a coffee? Couldn't get a coffee. Couldn't get a little bit baker.
SPEAKER_07Nice. You should be supporting your local business, anyway, mate. No fucking multinationals.
SPEAKER_11But I call any multinational? No. No. Multi multitoon maybe button. Multitune, uh. Aye, so uh seven, seven o'clock we're saying.
SPEAKER_08Seven. Nay nine. Nay nine. Nay nine. You've you've got to be starting your work at back in the schools.
SPEAKER_07No, starting earlier. Get folk ready for the work.
SPEAKER_04Schools should be mere like working hours. Aye. So kids should start at seven and come out at seven. Twelve hours, Chef.
SPEAKER_01Because then you could finish your work, you could go to the gym, you could go to Fitback, one of these things, then pick a boundary.
SPEAKER_04And that's 12 hours of education. And one and a half days. The next six in the morning.
SPEAKER_11Fab boots, summer holidays as well. Two weeks. You know, two weeks. Six weeks off.
SPEAKER_09I've never understood. Why do you need seven wicks on holidays?
SPEAKER_06Summer holidays with kids is just an absolute nightmare, innit?
SPEAKER_04The amount of holidays that fucking school gets is a fucking disgrace, man. It is. How do you need other holidays?
SPEAKER_06Seven weeks off in one go.
SPEAKER_04No, I'm not sure. And they drop a snar's fucking shot.
SPEAKER_07I don't know why you need seven weeks holidays. On one go.
SPEAKER_08I would duck him. There's no need for him. Six weeks is it they're getting over it is seven every three years or so.
SPEAKER_06I'm sorry, a month and a half off.
SPEAKER_04I send service days like how much services does how much service do they need in that school? Teachers that get them off, but it's can it's a pain in the ass for parents, can't it?
SPEAKER_07Teachers are training in service days. That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_11Because they do evening stuff. Should do about the stuff. Why do they should should they should do no show uh school for them training? They should do it in the evenings.
SPEAKER_07Well, do you do training in your evening for your your work?
SPEAKER_11Um I forgot paid for it, I would usually do it in the evenings. We do a shot doing the building site for fucking training uh tradesmen.
SPEAKER_07No, but then you you're pro-right, can you?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you just trained, can you? You're training and then you're you're anti your job and that's it. If you need extra training, that should be done in your own time.
SPEAKER_05No, because it's part of your job.
SPEAKER_04Your training should be done in the same way. I mean you should be done with your working hours, but you still get paid for it. Boys get him for offshore and they go and do training in their time.
SPEAKER_07Teachers did not get all the opportunity.
SPEAKER_04Weekend.
SPEAKER_07Do you do the training in the U.S.?
SPEAKER_11There were six, seven, six weeks in the summer holidays together.
SPEAKER_04Well teachers maybe not so much, but how these pen pushers can working for him and all this carry on. I got you. No, you can't. No, you can't, yeah. Can't wear it out. It was your vocation, though. So it's your role. Ah, but for you boys to go into the workplace there's nothing fucking working for him. You didn't say, Oh, I'm gonna get a job because I'll get to work for him. It just s fell on your lap since COVID. Teams and all that's nonsense. Tell you. If I had a fucking business, we won't be seven. We need to be fucking working for him, I'll tell you that right now. My cards are coming at my work. We're gonna do off. So I can keep an eye on you. Keep an eye on you. 100%.
SPEAKER_01Just the guy watching us.
SPEAKER_09Mike's been totally like spelling a fucking three and a half minutes.
SPEAKER_06My dad's last job before he died at the site, it was across the bond, helicopters, and dice. Jamie Jimmerson was uh obviously working the groundworks. I went through and picked my dad up one day, and all Jamie's standing there like that. Checking the lunchtime. My dad goes, Oh, we're in Larry's, and he went, I'll think you didn't, Yummy. He goes, Well, I'm just checking these boys because I can allow it dicks get for here to the quarry, dump the stuff in back. And he was like that. And every time boy, one boy stopped and he went, Hey, it's this. It's I said the boy's like uh drove. I just couldn't believe it. He's proper off the same jammy.
SPEAKER_11Marsy was straight in the toilet and that's near smeller shout. He's been on it, he's been on it.
SPEAKER_04Mike's been on his fucking phone. Phones would be banned. You can use your phone at the end of the phone.
SPEAKER_06Fits it like obviously on sites new, we boys and phones out of there. The bar or the R-8 barrets, because I'd be eight barrits is graft.
SPEAKER_04Well, if you're on price work, you're costing yourself if you're on your phone.
SPEAKER_06I've seen some boys working at a house in West the other day, and there was a boy up the ladder, there was a slater with the all the boy, and two one boy hooding the lead and one boy getting stuff, and the two young lads were bathed on their phone. So the boys up here grafting with slates. Ah, it depends. These two boys are like that.
SPEAKER_07There's a lot like uh some of your tier tier one boys. So like if you're doing big civils jobs and I think phones are totally banned. Is that right, aye? Totally banned. Okay. Even visitors banned. There's two big there's two big a distraction. So I've been on I've been on the sites. Okay. Mobile phone, no chance, you don't even dug it out. You'll get thrown off site. Fair like a bells. Can be a can be a can be a danger. Ah, definitely. I can imagine a big bell on site. I used to go on the street. Machinery or even walkways and you're walking across a walkway and fucking just straight out and forklift dark.
SPEAKER_11Can you put your phone in your locker in the morning and that's sent until you can compare still some boys get caught with phones offshore?
SPEAKER_04It's unbelievable that's anybody who gives you oh, I need my phone in case. Yeah, I know. Fucking we did we we come up in a generation you didn't have mobile phones and Nibdi Nibdi I'd survive. Nibdi survived. Nibdi missed a call for the Dolly Lama Ken.
SPEAKER_05I'd be in a born call.
SPEAKER_09It would be ice dolly.
SPEAKER_04It's not a call you'd want to miss, is it? If if a king phoned you, you'd want to make a call again. You wouldn't know what it'd be you'd but you phone you know. That's the point. I was just Ken, you were working, so he'd phone you at night. Exactly. Yeah. It's not changed neither. It's not changed now.
SPEAKER_07You phone folk at four, we've been all fucking handheld job in the house. I can't have phone him at five o'clock and it wouldn't have been him.
SPEAKER_11Supper time in there.
SPEAKER_08Supper time, there's phone supper time. You'll leave until least after half six, seven. Because if somebody phones at supper time, you first go.
SPEAKER_01Fucking supper time!
SPEAKER_06If the door went or the phone rang or a washing machine was on lookout.
SPEAKER_11Yeah. Look out. I mean we've got the the dial number came when somebody phoned at your house. You come up with the number of house phoning.
SPEAKER_08That was high level. They phoned it for you.
SPEAKER_09What's he phoning for? Five five four, that's fin three. Five four four. That's fucked up last. Then you could work it out.
SPEAKER_01Well, if that's fin three, it must be that's time of nice, it must be Johnny.
SPEAKER_09What if it isn't?
SPEAKER_01Just ask the fucking video finder, that's it. All that fucking questions have got to be answered.
SPEAKER_07You pick a phone up and say hello or your mother. Your mother would be on a on a phone. She spent all the day out of work off a then she's on a phone and for another hour and a half.
SPEAKER_04Fucking Jesus. Phone's next to me. So uh I use it as an alarm again. So my granddaughter's never been dean great, he's had a few strokes and that again. So fucking the phone rings and I'm like half asleep. It's dad, half past four in the morning. Oh no, oh my god, I know it's his next fucking good news again. So I answers it and he's next back in. I was like, fuck's sake, must have been running out of signal again, so you're in a mini panic again. So I'm like, fuck it. So you phone and barking, you're just I almost said to him, Oh, for fuck's sake, and hello? I went, hi, hello. Feening. Where's your phone, man? Oh must have been a misfire.
SPEAKER_01How past four in the morning? Hi, were you sleeping? No, I'm just not waiting for you to phone, kid. And it's like mere like dad phones at a time, yeah.
SPEAKER_07It's like, oh fuck up, it must be important.
SPEAKER_11And then hung up. A few times phone video called my dad in WhatsApp. You just get a look.
SPEAKER_01Putting yourself in the video. He's only half his feet. You want to see his eyes.
SPEAKER_09You get you get a lot in teams as we often used to be meeting skin. Folk at one of them be off, you just half their face.
SPEAKER_05And then that's it, and they'll just pop up.
SPEAKER_04But like I like folk like your dad are it's just they'll never get used to that sort of technology again. It's almost like they're shy you at Ken.
SPEAKER_11I meant my father came room a Saturday morning, early doors. He'd chop at a door because the door was no one came in. Dad, if it's a day, oh I've done something on my phone. And he he put my sister's messages in the archive. So it was just a case of two buttons, there you go down. Alright, I'll leave you to your wife. Brilliant. Oh fuck. Um, was I Mugga Truth here? I'll be seven o'clock in the morning. No. So mining is right. So you meet somebody in the street and you're up in a water them, but you forgot their name. How long into the conversation before you ask for for their name is again, or you knew asking?
SPEAKER_06I can tell you asking about it. I've been sitting next to that boy at Dodry for two years. And I said to and I said and I went, Top of a boy, uh Ken asking about his life, and I went, Spa the other work. I went, I says, I just Dak in his name. And I'm getting to the point never just getting actually rude. But spa being like a doctor, he just straight in there. I went, I meant shoot his heart and got a name out of him, and I went, All right, it's it's Tommy.
SPEAKER_07Two years, two years. But it's for blokes D. You just mark Pals with somebody in their name.
SPEAKER_04And it gets worse in y'all are it gets worse because you've kept folk for years and they've kept you for years, and they're actually using your name. Their name has totally escaped you. And there's no why you can ask them.
SPEAKER_06No, no, no. That's what I'm saying. I'd reached a point, there's no way I can say fit your name by the way. You got your cheeky cart me speaking you for two years.
SPEAKER_07I've done a combat conversation. At least I'll say, Fuck's up.
SPEAKER_06Not a clue, Nicola.
SPEAKER_07I've done it in a but you but you spoke to them like you can't. I do rapture.
SPEAKER_01I have got no idea for the fuck he is.
SPEAKER_09You're so family fine.
SPEAKER_05Not a fucking clue. He's definitely got two barns, he's married. Who's the family movie?
SPEAKER_04Fifth family.
SPEAKER_09Come and done. Did you? You can dad.
SPEAKER_11Pull on your leg, you throw in a few questions. Are you still buying out at um?
SPEAKER_06Then you start going, If I do a good thing. Sorry, how long? How long? I'd never you never ask, never ask, I'd never ask.
SPEAKER_04Just keep going. Keep going. Only time you ask somebody their name is first introduction, Ken. That's the only time you get a wowie.
SPEAKER_07And see I uh 5D News for now Alright, Dunk, how's it uh? This is um I'm Kevin Fraser. Your name is uh Duncan Dun Duncan Chalmers. I say their name again, so I mine it. Because I've been a four, you'll get introduced, and two seconds later you're like his name again. It's worse now with the podcast though.
SPEAKER_11Folk are coming, alright mate! You spit your leg again. Do I can't they can always kin you? Do I can you? And I'm gone, do I can him? I've met him before. Can you rocks in your brain about it? Yeah. I've done it a four at uh conference centre, I met somebody and was like, ah, how's it going? Yup and a while. And I came to his face. Uh then I came for it, it was Faye.
SPEAKER_04Then I went, ah but I think they've they've got to say to you they can you through the podcast.
SPEAKER_01So it's a Mike, oh Mike, I listen to the podcast, you want to ken me but this.
SPEAKER_04Some folk approach you like, Alright Mars, how's it going?
SPEAKER_01And you're like, I fine, I fuck are you?
SPEAKER_08So you never ask?
SPEAKER_11No, no, you can't.
SPEAKER_06You've got a safe face, don't you? You can't ask. Keep on going.
SPEAKER_07Because I think that's a disaster.
SPEAKER_04You can easily fudge it with the name, like you can easily get through it. Can you? Oh, you can't. Or if or you f you forgot their wives' names. Who's the wife and the barns? Aye, but sometimes it's like it requires a name. Yeah, I've been a few times for a it's required a name and you've gone Ken. Nice wife.
SPEAKER_11Then they throw in your work, you stop barrits, and you're going aye. Still busy yourself, still busy yourself. You up to newities. Oh, painting. Never ask. Never ask. Just keep on going. Keep on going. That was my name.
SPEAKER_04Mus uh Is it acceptable to break bread through the cubicle whilst laying a log? So can you like I'm thinking about building site toilets here, so you're going for a piss but the boys can into the toilet at the same pub at the same time, you maybe had a conversation. I think the conversation should end. You kinda then continue yapping. Kind of like can you again be spiking about the weather or something? Ah, it's fine day. So you actually hear him sitting down.
SPEAKER_06Some day workers were yapping at work the other day, and I was like, come on. I getting two boys, I was just come on, lad, you can't be spitting back and forth when you're ticking a shit.
SPEAKER_01Can it gotta be like so? I was on the floors and that great like so.
SPEAKER_06Once you lock a door.
SPEAKER_07What happens if somebody you're in a cubicle and you're hearing a shit and somebody walks in and you just shout a flight, fuzz that's totally unacceptable. You just got up and goes.
SPEAKER_04You can see the fuss beats are a bell if you got it to death with him. Strictly private dad. You can't just barge in the national. It's a sacred area.
SPEAKER_09Number one. No, you can't.
SPEAKER_04And then if you if you try like nay it would just be a door, but some are like hulls. See if you lock a hunt, you turn a hunnel and push, and it's locked. Do you get a couple? No. And then do you go, somebody in there?
SPEAKER_01No, never ask. Never ask. And then you can stun it.
SPEAKER_05For five minutes then.
SPEAKER_01So is this this that door?
SPEAKER_05I've studied a hint and the door's locked, and there's somebody in there and there's been naked on there.
SPEAKER_07But if you're standing here shouting, oh somebody in here. Occupied.
SPEAKER_01Occupied.
SPEAKER_05Occupied. Even though you 100% kid is locked, you do get a bit of a cold sweat from the you don't know. Especially if you three and four times. Phone comes under the door.
SPEAKER_09Face play leaders.
SPEAKER_06Building sight toilets. There's a million stories about the sh the shitting dynamics in a building site.
SPEAKER_11Oh man.
SPEAKER_09You felt you've ever been in a cubicle for the door cannon lock, but you thought I have to I'm just trying to shite my little leg is done at least.
SPEAKER_07Hoping you can aim it still.
SPEAKER_01That's a dangerous timeout with nailing the shite, wiping out. It's wiping it to dodgy bit. You don't mind if he comes out and you're mid-shitger.
SPEAKER_07You can still get a door from your wiping your lips. Just chuggle off forward a wee bit.
SPEAKER_04You dad want somebody to walk in on you from your mid-wipe.
SPEAKER_01Nah, like kicks your ankle and just a strange position. And you're cocks up and out and out and you're just taking away a look to see if it's fucked up. That's why they do wiped out better.
SPEAKER_05Oh no. North to south. Oh, I definitely wouldn't have want to get caught wiping like that. No.
unknownEh?
SPEAKER_04Wiping fucking north to south.
SPEAKER_01It's only why. Tony Wy. But you think if it's you it walks in, you don't even get a look out of you, it's oh yeah, shop it! You max sure with your actions that he tells that you dare want to see it then. So you chop it down your pills on your body.
SPEAKER_09Oh you wiping out the south.
SPEAKER_11It'd be weird if somebody just opened up the guy and just looked at you like that.
SPEAKER_05If you were Ken and some D can a cubicle, there's only one noisy mouth.
SPEAKER_11Do you walk out the toilet and wait until he comes out or are you just standing outside the door and wait?
SPEAKER_07You're hoping another incomes free before he comes out. Yeah, save face.
SPEAKER_09Sorry, I've thanked me. But then you'll you've left it on a hood up. He's gone anti.
SPEAKER_11If you if I'm shit and I haven't had a shite yet, but you've worked in and I can you're stunning outside, it's gotta be a fucking duel. I'm niggas shite until you're alive. And you're negative leave until you can have had her finish the shite.
SPEAKER_01It's unacceptable to ask you gonna be on. Well, I am new.
SPEAKER_09So what I actually fought I thought you tried that door, knew it's bug up my throat. No, I can't kinda shit because I didn't shit from there somebody else in a go. I don't want to hear you plop plopping.
SPEAKER_11But the airport poop toilets maybe because I fuck for fuzz next to you and I'll be able to do it. No, no, no, no, yeah, it's a free for boys picking to each other at a time in the airport.
SPEAKER_08You're just I just hate airport loves.
SPEAKER_04Do you ever do you ever lay toilet roll in the water? I probably would do that if I thought. Well, I'd never never mind. Do in a public loo. In a public blue, I guess.
SPEAKER_08Wipe a seat. Oh, I wipe a seat.
SPEAKER_07Then throw it doing. Nobody wants to hear the splashes. Paper ruin a seat.
SPEAKER_06Oh nah, you've seen that too far.
SPEAKER_04If a wife was here shite on sweet, I would say, quite just lay some toilet. I don't want to hear her. I don't want to hear clubs. Huh? Nah, I don't I'll put my headphones on or I've never heard of messages.
SPEAKER_07Or you hear a gun for a jimmy riddle.
SPEAKER_01You're getting dude. Oh, I need a piss. Oh, for fuck's sake.
SPEAKER_04I'll better I'm a water side.
SPEAKER_06A Jimmy Riddle.
SPEAKER_11It looks like she was mucking a soda stream.
SPEAKER_03Then it hits a bowl, then it water with a bowl, and then what's going on here?
SPEAKER_08Oh man. Sweating.
SPEAKER_04So uh is it you break bread through the cubicle? No. No, no. No, no. Think like slide a lock down where it's even though it was good pulse.
SPEAKER_08I finished it.
SPEAKER_04Listening to your phone in a cubicle, just paying your phone like so you can hear it. That's a bit weird, I think. You can't be listening to stuff in a shitter. Can you? Unless it's your own house. In a public cubicle.
SPEAKER_08Never. No. You can't be doing that in public. It's a public space, can't you? How about an individual porter, Lou?
SPEAKER_11It's a bit different. It's a bit different.
SPEAKER_06Jesus, there's a lot of things.
SPEAKER_04That's how monkey your phone gets.
SPEAKER_11Right, er, there's no fantasy, obviously. I put out fantasy last week, so well done to the winners of that last week. Buy me a coffee then. Let's go through it. Glenn Cairns has bought us a coffee from Sweet Right.
SPEAKER_04Evening, lads, mugger truth. Things that happen at a World Cup that you wouldn't get away with in the Highland League, rules of football, farm behaviour, etcetera Things that happen in the World Cup. So things that are. Like minus Scotland 98 World Cup first game, came out of the Celts. A team couldn't turn up in the Celts on even in a High League Cup final.
SPEAKER_07Liverpool turned up in a white suit at me.
SPEAKER_04Fans behaviour. Rules of football. Fan behaviour. Because the rules should be the same, really. Obviously they're not in Highland League. Fan behaviour, well, I can't understand that much. World Cup fans, Highland League fans.
SPEAKER_1150 opinions in Highland League fans singing songs.
SPEAKER_04Hi went eh. Like a young casual fan. But logos and playing. They started though.
SPEAKER_06Affiliation of local demon.
SPEAKER_04You didn't get a lot of in Highland League. We used to sing songs at Tory United from we were kids top the Wind.
SPEAKER_01Ah, true. We've got number one. Jim Well.
SPEAKER_04Also, shout out to the bloke at the golf golf day, who spent 30 minutes talking in the clubhouse. Halfway through the conversation, he asked why I'd stopped the over and milk. That's when I realised he thought I was slippers. I was quite offended. No offense, slippers. Haha. Cheers.
SPEAKER_11Cheers, Glenn. And thanks for the work you've done for the videos, isn't that much appreciated? Carmen Stewart spotted for coffees.
SPEAKER_07Like lads, Kami from Sarkin here again. Well done on the golf fountain and raising over 30k. Fair achievement, that's so congrats, lads. Thanks for agreeing with me on my last question with the weirdo urinal Hopper and Avi Moore. I was only one I was only one beer deep in at a time, so I wasn't brave enough to say anything, and I definitely would have if it had been later in the night. Anyway, my question for you I had an incident the other week with a client. I went to his front door, rang the doorbell, then waited two to three minutes, then rang the bell again. The client came to the door and started moaning at me saying there was no need for me to rush him and I didn't need to ring the bell twice. I explained I wasn't sure he was in and he wasn't having it. I would I would have understood if it he was in his seventies or something, but he was in around his thirties. My question How long do you leave it before you ring the doorbell a second time? That's a good idea.
SPEAKER_04Well, I get a good laugh for you coming into you. You fit two seconds before you rap again.
SPEAKER_05I'm having it then. Rap, holy fuck.
SPEAKER_04Hi, like a bobby knock.
SPEAKER_05Oh, is it? Hi. If you're not got a doorbell, you've got to rap a hoose door. But you'd ring a bell and wrap the door, then five seconds later I'd be looking in that living room wind. Nah.
SPEAKER_11Nah, honestly. I rap a doorbell then I rap it the door, then ring a doorbell.
SPEAKER_07How much time do you ring? I go ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding. He does, he does.
SPEAKER_06It's almost rude. He can't be saying that shit. He is, he's wild. Wild shit. Shit, that is too far.
SPEAKER_09Is it fuck?
SPEAKER_05Providing a service. Answer your house door. Well, that's boy, he said he left it two, three minutes. That's too long. And the boy's stalboating up. Shocked. Fuck fuck. He didn't have one a raffle.
SPEAKER_07It's different if you can see some. Can you ring a doorbell? Oh, it's like, oh, you can rustle through a door or curtains have went or whatever, magic, but if you see Nang, just write on that again.
SPEAKER_11So if you're going up to the door and folk in the living room see you, you're ringing the doorbell still. 100%.
SPEAKER_04Can sometimes you like Because I pretended I see folk. Sometimes you like somebody'll knock on the door, but you're an SUR and you'll say like, somebody, somebody jump in the door. That would never happen if he was at your door. You would can. You would can.
SPEAKER_07That's why your knockers are there.
SPEAKER_04That is an order for you.
SPEAKER_11That sounds like fucking uh focus coming in. Your hoose to raid your house.
SPEAKER_04It's almost like he was agitated. Aye. Aye, knocks like the next step is he's in the letterbox going, yeah, they're coming the door, we're gonna break it down!
SPEAKER_07The house is a big king. If you're upstairs, you somebody just something knocked over here. So you go again.
SPEAKER_11I just keep on rapping. But choose for coffee's coming up.
SPEAKER_07So in answer to your question, I think you've been lenient given it two to three minutes.
SPEAKER_04I leave it at least 40 seconds.
SPEAKER_07It's pretty arc.
SPEAKER_04It's all gone for 40 seconds. So me.
SPEAKER_11If I'm setting a doorbell and chopped a thing and they never came, I would just go, What? Are you wouldn't knock again? No. At least twice.
SPEAKER_04If they're twice in the year, you can't twice, just in case. You knock like a normal person the first time, and if the dance are way harder, then you knock like shit. And then if they die here, you it's time to go.
SPEAKER_07Okay. Do you look in a windy? It's real.
SPEAKER_06No, never.
SPEAKER_07Through a letterbox? I don't look through a letterbox, but I look in a windy.
SPEAKER_04I'm a windy looker. Sometimes I feel like you know they may be in the back garden, Kath. So I'm a bit loud with fence. It's about trying the door on her.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_04Well, yeah, I'd I'd hate to be good, good friends for that.
SPEAKER_07I was raking through somebody's garden the other day when she was in our summer house, so she got she got a price. Can if I didn't do a better wrecking about some bathing room and tobacco.
SPEAKER_11I'd be a bonus. My father is nearly no one's bought us a coffee. At what age are you too old to be eating jam sandwiches? Cheers, an eighty-28-year-old that loves a jam piece sandwich. Also shout out to Jay Horn on a D side. Jam sandwiches.
SPEAKER_04Are you ever too old for any type of sandwich?
SPEAKER_11No.
SPEAKER_04Whatever you like, you like it. If you like it, you like it. I would be certain to get like a. Sandwiches are aye. I've got problems with crisps.
unknownAye.
SPEAKER_04Like fucking like Watsett's and Skips. Oh, I thought you meant crisps and a sandwich. No, no. Like folk at Halloween, like Kids Crisps. Kids Crisps. Oh quavers. Skips. Quavers. Quavers. Watsets. Space invaders? Space invaders? No, no, they're Transformer Snap.
SPEAKER_05They're fine. I like space readers and infection. Water box? I like watch it.
SPEAKER_04Add little bit can like add uh yell uh big pockets that are like bears. They get bears. From bears. Oh, they're fine.
SPEAKER_07They're fine.
SPEAKER_06That's bears. That's like under five-year-old bears.
SPEAKER_07Okay, but you can eat like a family pocket.
SPEAKER_04Yogurt's enough. So you eat some bear can like a pity flush. Pity flush a lot lines for bears.
unknownOh no.
SPEAKER_05No, but I disagree with all that. As kids crisps. I can't but Skips shouldn't have.
SPEAKER_04If they're ten-year-old, you shouldn't have eaten skips. Like scrips are basically for folk that are then they've got real teeth. Kinder Ganford Baby adult teeth. I just watched the skip comes in.
SPEAKER_05Can you eat them again from your seventy and you've got 8 teeth?
SPEAKER_09Well, maybe, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I'm not I think on it sandwiches on age are certain like sweeties and frubes. Noobs. It's a fruob. The yoga sashes. That's a bearance. That's fine though. Like an ice bowl, so really for bearings, isn't it? And I know an ice bowl since I was 13, 14 year old.
SPEAKER_07I used to run out after school again. Mr. Freeze. Strawberries.
SPEAKER_04Or the coli.
SPEAKER_11Ah coli was any of the favourite. Like mini milk's mini milk.
SPEAKER_04That's for a bear. Oh, that's for a bear, bro. Ice calls an eye bearing ice calls again.
SPEAKER_08Like a fabric.
SPEAKER_07Scrape it off.
SPEAKER_11Looks like a toffee crisp. Or a mint crisp. And then toffee crisp and a mint crisp. It was like a toffee crumbling outside with chocolate and then inside was mine it.
SPEAKER_06I mean him.
SPEAKER_11Like a feast.
SPEAKER_04No, it's like a feast. Feast, oh, I mean a feast, eh? Feast eye with chocolate bit inside.
SPEAKER_06I had a fake feast for all the other day. Oh, God. I forgot for that card. I'll get a butcher next time, Gary Conn's bought his uh four coffees.
SPEAKER_11I was ready.
SPEAKER_06Crack and golf day, lads. Good to see such an amount raised for a great cause. I'll be requesting a tea time after a gill next year, though. Once was a mistake, but twice as surely attempted murder. After your ground worker story master, there was a lack of groundworkers on my site last week. Four got punted the week before. They dropped a screwdriver down a manhole, so one guy went in head first to retrieve it. A guy each holding his legs, then a fourth filmed it and put it on TikTok, daft cunt. If you're going to do something stupid, rule one is surely don't film it. Cheers, lads.
SPEAKER_08Definitely they film it. It's fucking wild.
SPEAKER_11I was mining in the school when I was at school mining lads up. Was it Hoskore or something? Or was it TWMA? Was the boy in the guns room the 360 day guy?
SPEAKER_08Aye. Hang on to it, man. That's wild, wild. Funny as fuck, though. Didn't I film it?
SPEAKER_06Definitely watch it on site and pitch yourself up to it.
SPEAKER_07That's the stuff you was allowed to do twenty years ago.
SPEAKER_06Aye, aye.
SPEAKER_07As soon as phones come on and go, didn't I do it? It's a shit you did the apprentices, can't you?
SPEAKER_04Aye.
SPEAKER_07Which was fair.
SPEAKER_06Aye.
SPEAKER_04It's just part of your learning.
SPEAKER_07Didn't I do art nowadays, lads, because I'd all be filming you.
SPEAKER_06Aye. So Gary Corner was getting hit by Gil.
SPEAKER_07Aye.
SPEAKER_11Mon N.
SPEAKER_06Monin. Twice.
SPEAKER_11Alright, well maybe ban girl. Maybe ban girl. Maybe put Gil out.
SPEAKER_08First, first.
SPEAKER_07So he kinda fucking caused chaos now.
SPEAKER_08Or just bang him completely.
SPEAKER_04Craig Yuni's bought his three coffees. He doesn't believe Sturgeon. Oh no. No, no. Craig Yuni. Aye. Is it you? Back to me. You won a raffle, did he, Craig Yuny? Since I won a prize from the raff from the raffle, thought it was only fair to repay with a few coffees. I've just recently taken up golf after having to hang up the football boots due to suffering a broken ankle last year, so absolutely buzzing to use the four-ball at Tarland. Keep up the great work and maybe maybe even manage to get a team into next year's golf day. Cheers, Craig.
SPEAKER_11Cheers, Craig.
SPEAKER_04Is Craig up is your office? Is that it? No.
SPEAKER_07SE has bought us three coffees. Alright, lads. Probably not your target audience being a blue nose from the deepest southwest of Scotland. But since my home home county got mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was time to buy you a coffee. You must be deep, deepest, darkest there, sure.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I must be I.
SPEAKER_07I'm walking to raise money for local cancer charities and was put onto your pod by my pal Chris, who by now, by his own admission, is a big, staunch bastard from the Northeast. I knew it was a pod for me when we discussed Wankin and Ian Huntley in the same time. Look forward to a Thursday morning and get out walking and listening. Latest pod, chuckling away at 6 a.m. and pushing rain. Mug of truth after being let go unfairly from employment from a company. Is it acceptable? Or wipe out the company's loyalty points on your own hotel stay stays after the stupidly didn't change the password to scheme after you left.
SPEAKER_09Just noise, love the good work, keep up the good work. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_06100% get it right up the bye. 100%.
SPEAKER_11Especially if it was unfairly, as you said, uh definitely.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_11Imagine that. That's a lie. You'd muck an advantage, taking advantage of it.
SPEAKER_04100%, crack on. But everybody would say they were let go unfairly. Always, wouldn't they? Aye. He's telling us his side here.
SPEAKER_07His boss surely wasn't that Mason then, was he? Yeah. No.
SPEAKER_11Toby's bought us a coffee. Alright, lads, been listening to you's chat shite since the early 200s. Obviously, maybe. Thanks to my train putting uh use on when we're driving to Strenard at half five in the morning, so shout out to G. We never got around to buying use of coffee earlier, but everyone I think about it. Every time I think about it, Ma says something that pisses me off. Also, a good job with the scramble thing. I'll be trying to get myself in for next year. Mugga tooth for you is it acceptable to park next to someone who you don't know when the whole car park is empty? Also, shout out to my pal Fat Callum if he's listening. Is it simple to park next to someone you don't know? One coffee. Cheers hats. I'd be a three or four park next to someone you'd done a canon car? Toby. Toby.
SPEAKER_07Most of the time you're parking against Folky Duck.
SPEAKER_11Carvery. Toby.
SPEAKER_07Well you're but you're parking you're parking against Fokey Duck on it. Difference in Mark. That's a weird name.
SPEAKER_11I always get around fairly and if uh for if I'm parking a car park, and the car park is in between a park next to a car. Why are you parking there? There's plenty of other spaces. Exactly.
SPEAKER_04Do you park for you when it parking? Park it parking amazing convenient place for fire visiting. So if you've got a really good like space and it's right next to you where to go and it's next to a car, so crack on. Do you reverse park when you're in a big shop? It's not handy, is it, if you're you're boots up tea in another car, is it? So you never reverse park at Costco. Frontwise always at Costco. Yes, absolutely. You'll see a majority of cars going in frontwise at a shopping place.
SPEAKER_11Thanks for the coffee. Uppadons bought a street coffees.
SPEAKER_06Like lads, great listening every week. Regarding your Stagdo spewing story last week, you think I can trump it? Brother in law was on a Stagdo a couple of years ago and we're all staying in a lodge. One of the lads, a big loom, was just coming out of a crash die and decided drinking vodka and orange would be a good idea. Bedtime and a bottle of vodka down, they were all sound asleep when my brother in law heard some concerning noises. The light went on and here was the lad sitting up in the bunk bed covered in spew, all down walls and on the floor and amongst bags and clothes. He managed to get him out of bed and heading to the toilet to clean himself up whilst my brother in law went to find some cleaning products from the kitchen. Instead of heading into the toilet, the half naked lad in question opened the door at the second bedroom where the stag and a few others were sound asleepy, then whipped down the boxers, sat at the heed end of the stag's bed and shut every saying the vodka and orange tore right through him. Scrubbing and cleaning later and they still lost their deposit.
SPEAKER_05So I was in that toilet. That's a proper stagger. That's a good time.
SPEAKER_04It spewed in the stagger. So spicking him a day. And he said they got into a taxi, and the boy the taxi was listening to our podcast. And the said boy says to him, have you ever heard the story about the spewing the boy spewing the stagger? Aye, aye, aye, I heard that story. Aye, well, that's me.
SPEAKER_11He says you should Chris Frew bought us three coffees.
SPEAKER_07Hello, lads. Just a quick query. If you had to choose one of these options, which would you choose? Fuck a coup, but nobody would ever find out that you'd fucked a coup, but all your family, friends, and local folk think you'd fucked a coup, and nothing you could say would change their minds. Would you fuck a coup in secret or forever be known as the coup fucker? Even though you didn't. Cheers, lads. You people get through the the week without even realizing all the best.
SPEAKER_11So fuck a coup and be a c fuck a coup, but nay be accused of it, or nay nay fuck a coup, but be accused of it.
SPEAKER_06Fuck a coup, but nobody would ever find out, or you didn't fuck a coup, but all your family, friends, local folk think you fucked a coup. That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_11So you fuck a coup, but maybe can't be can't. Or I'd be fucking fucked a coup. You would fuck a coup.
SPEAKER_04Nah. That's neither folk are gonna think that then fuck him. I didn't idiot.
SPEAKER_06I didn't idiot. And I can I didn't idiot, so I can sleep eat. I know, but I would be adamant that I didn't idiot. And I can I didn't edit, so I'd sleep easy at night.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. I'm not fucking naked.
SPEAKER_06No. Nah.
SPEAKER_11No.
unknownNah.
SPEAKER_06Nah. Chris.
SPEAKER_11Imagine every week coming in here thinking, I said fucked a coup.
SPEAKER_06But you think it once and then you just forget about it.
SPEAKER_04But yeah, you say, did you? It's a joke to be hid here, but it's too fit with. Katie listens to this point because I fucked a coup.
SPEAKER_05Like a real coup. You never cut the wife a coup, though, would you? No. You wouldn't go daughter, would you? No. You'd cut a cow. Cow and a cow and a coup. Neither I've ever cut you by call.
SPEAKER_11Steve was back. Steve was but I've seen. Buck to mass.
SPEAKER_04Hi lads. Couldn't face buying a coffee last week, losing cheating out of the title. Like there was a heart like that was a hard built to swallow. Utter devastation, Aberdeen and Hart's fine. Cheers last week. That's last week. Definitely never worth reading it again.
SPEAKER_11Well, cheers to Abd uh uh coffee this week. I forgot to go through the predictions for last season's predictions. Ah, sorry, I've got time for that.
SPEAKER_04Will I be here next week?
SPEAKER_11Ah, I suppose. Oh yeah, I'll hear next week the following week, yeah.
SPEAKER_04No, next Wednesday. Oh, you'll be here, huh? That's what I'm thinking, but Ken will say a lot of stuff to you on my own.
SPEAKER_08You'll be alright.
SPEAKER_04Back on the 15th.
SPEAKER_11Monday?
SPEAKER_04Monday, I think. Monday, I think. Back to work on Tuesday, so I shouldn't have missed anything. Good stuff. Good stuff. So I'll be real excited this time next week. I bet you will be here. Flying a blank flyer.
SPEAKER_08Is it six hours or seven hours? Six hours?
SPEAKER_04I was about to say you get pushed, but you'd probably not even get in the country if you get pushed. Hi mind, Ken, like the last time you were in Vegas and we spoke to you in uh WhatsApp or something, Ken, and uh you said, Oh, I'm just about to get in a flight and I'd and I did a hell day getting fucked about and did stuff and come back and I'm still laying the sofa after a hell day I had jobs and I was I think I sat down to watch some golf or something and I looked at my phone, I was like, fucking hell. She had stalled flying.
SPEAKER_06I was just like, oh my god, seven years, twenty-five, and then another two and a half hours to Miami.
SPEAKER_08I don't mind it.
SPEAKER_11I think six, seven years is a good fuck all ten, eleven, twelve hours is fucking I don't mind.
SPEAKER_04Can I like a training that can I sit in a train for six naval to me a plane just ducks forever? I just I can't feel it as about planes. I I kinda like being in a train. It's me it feels like there's more freedom to like you can stop and get off. You can't do that in a plane once you're once you're up at you, uh you can't get off until you reach your destination. I can you're now getting D out in a train, you're gonna go to your destination, but it's not your option. Can I mean there's something about it that they fly and I just find it?
SPEAKER_11Do you can't be just gonna the same kind of flights as you're gonna be somebody in it?
SPEAKER_04Well, I think uh I'm gonna end up gonna have gas because he I'm near the same flight, but you take off roughly the same time for Aberdeen, so I think Owen's gonna drive, so I think I'm gonna have him. Okay. Nobody a cane are on our flights like there are back.
SPEAKER_11I might be probably our Scotland fans about you.
SPEAKER_04But a lot of Scotland fans, uh England fans. Everyone, Heathrow, Philadelphia, Boston, then Yhem. I'm going to Boston, Dublin, Everden. So easy on the Yhem. That's why the flights new are a lot better. One stop again. It's but it's fine coming back. Boston, Dublin, everyone pretty much straight here, but fucking about gonna thought it's are we British Airways, like uh you can't go around with British airways, can you? No. Only at billions, yeah.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, good stuff. Magic. Right lads, uh we have a good week. Take it easy.
SPEAKER_00Bye bye bye bye. No me moleste mosquito. No me moleste mosquito. Why don't you go? No me moleste mosquito. Let me eat my burrito. No me moleste mosquito. Why don't you go home?
