9/11 questions left unanswered

The Pentagon should have been struck 

On the opposite side, the Joint Chiefs of Staff side;

Not the supply and intelligence shops struck instead,

Investigating (by the way) the latest DoD fraud,

One of many crimes buried by 9/11.

The whole paper trail and investigative team destroyed.

That side had just been rebuilt against just such a strike,

The other edges of the Pentagon had not.

No trace of a landing on the vast parking lot

From the highway to the Pentagon

Few tri-jets could touch down so well.

Such expertise takes thousands of hours at the controls,

To nail the first floor of a five-story wall

Without plowing up the to grass and stuff out front.

Plus two direct hits curve-balled into the Twin Towers?

Maybe not even in expert hands, much less those novice.

Found in the rubble and photographed,

One turbine from a twin-engine Lear or a cruise missile,

Instead of three, each three times wider

Every video recording nearby was seized.

The tower rubble was recycled in China ASAP

Despite the cheap steel bad deal that shipment entailed.

The crime scene was sterilized without investigation.

Twin Tower steel does not melt in burning jet fuel:

The hottest fuel available. 

Or was it sprinkler water mixed with molten aluminum?

A years-late, tap dance explanation.

Strip fire-proof foam from pillars,

Pile it into ad-hoc kilns of drift-pile wallboard (really?)

It would still be hundreds of degrees too cool.

Four days after 9/11, molten metal flowed in the wreckage.

Military demolition explosives do just that.

Muffled blasts were reported, like the rumble of demolitions

From the towers' heights and under stories before their fall.

On the radio,someone ordered responders to retreat.

Hot, white smoke puffed out ten floors below the wave of collapse.

Three buildings fell right on their footprint,

Instead of sideways from lop-sided damage,

Like a lightning-struck tree. How so?

Debris fell like golf balls dropped from the same height.

Nothing slowed the fall of all that concrete and steel 

For the most part untouched and intact/

A demolition team takes well-paid weeks

To lace buildings with explosives timed to the micro second

To collapses it on its own footprint.

Error will spill debris beyond the perimeter ;

Bad mistakes fling tons of it per floor.

Instead, three perfect demolitions for free?

The first two pierced and fried at random by big jets.

The third, just because the other two crumpled at its feet?

That morning, VP Cheney sat down to the controls

Of a continental air defense exercise against virtual bogeys

That he added to the Big Board in his bunker,

Hypothetical aircraft and virtual hijacks.

Imagine the confusion he spread that day.

Vice Presidential war games? Since when?

The U.S. Air Force stood more vigilant guard, 

In rapid response to UFOs, runaway Lear jets, any other comer:

Rain or shine, day and night for decades.

The morning of 9/11, its anxious pilots were stood down

Dismissed from service or sent off to Alaska by Cheney.

The USAF would never have failed us without silent tinkering.

Thanks to this second Pearl Harbor recommended beforehand by reactionaries,

American liberty disappeared once and for all.

Bush the Lesser, very unpopular, became the hero of the day.

Perpetual war and its corporate tyranny  installed themselves once and for all.

Every  9/11 , Popular Mechanics publishes its ad hominem attack against those with questions left unanswered.

Nothing solid, just insults and restacked lies.

It praises the War Machine every month instead.
 

But never mind. 

The lie left unanswered, wins

Before truth takes over.
