"What is your life?" James asks. In other words, what's at the centre of your worldview? James leaves anxious people with no illusions: in life, our time and our control are finite. Therefore, wisdom demands that we submit our whole self to the Lord's sovereign will. If we're courageous enough to do so, we may just discover the antidote for our anxiety.
