Stay here for a few breaths , simply resting , simply being , and , when you're ready , take one more deep breath in , hold it at the top and then a long gentle exhale out , roll your shoulders back , roll your head clockwise and then counterclockwise , Open your mouth nice and wide , move your jaw back and forth , take another deep breath in and , as you exhale , open your eyes , feel the sense of calm and restoration and carry this with you throughout the rest of your day .
