In this episode Lisa chats with Mexican-American Broadway Singer/Actor/composer Robi Hager about surrendering to the moment, redefining success and finding your true voice.
Robi appeared on Broadway in the original cast of the Tony Award winning musical Spring Awakening, How To Succeed..., Bye Bye Birdie and Doctor Zhivago. He toured the country with the first national tours of Fun Home and Spring Awakening he has appeared regionally in Next To Normal, Parade, Ragtime and Bonnie & Clyde. He created and produced the LGBTQ musical Basic Witches for which he received a 2019 Barrymore Award nomination for Best Original Music. His song collaborations with Alex McCabe have been featured in Chris Rock’s film “Top Five” and Melissa McCarthy's film “Can You Ever Forgive Me.”
