Welcome. This meditation is designed to bring you back into alignment with your body, your energy and your inner knowing, your innate wisdom that lives not in your mind but in your being. We'll journey together through your seven main chakras, which are the energy centers in your body, gently awakening and harmonizing each one. As we do this, I'll invite you to reconnect with the clarity, strength and power that's already inside of you. So, when you're ready, take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let's begin. Bring your attention to the base of your spine. Visualize deep red light glowing warmly at your root, and imagine roots extending from your body down into the earth, anchoring you. Feel the ground beneath you, holding you steady. You are safe, you are connected, you belong, you are supported With each breath. Now allow your body to settle even deeper into this moment, into the now. Simply let go of any need to figure it all out. Allow yourself to be held in this moment. Now, gently shift your awareness to your lower belly, just below the creativity and flow. It's your sacral chakra. Imagine this orange light expanding, swirling gently like water, freeing up any stuck energy. Breathe into this space and feel yourself reconnect with your joy, your desires and your innate aliveness. You belong here. You are allowed to feel, you are allowed to want. Move your attention now to the area above your navel, your solar plexus. Here see a glowing golden sun radiating from your core. This is your seat of confidence and power. Breathe into it and feel the warmth expanding through your chest and ribcage. You are capable, you are strong. Let that knowing settle in like a crown of sunlight around your torso. Moving now to our heart chakra, draw your awareness to the center of your chest. Visualize a soft emerald green light glowing and expanding with every breath. This is your heart space, where compassion, connection and your deeper knowing reside. With every inhale, invite in love and with each exhale, release any tightness or heaviness. Let this light wash over you like a gentle breeze, reminding you that you are love. You have always been enough.

Speaker 1:

Bring your attention now to your throat. This is your throat, chakra, and I want you to envision a calming blue light swirling at the base of your neck. Feel space open here, cool, refreshing, like a clear sky after rain. This is your center for truth and self-expression. You don't have to speak to prove your worth. You simply are. Let this space soften as you invite in your truest voice, clear, calm and ready.

Speaker 1:

When you are Now, bring your awareness to the center of your forehead your intuition, imagination and clarity. Let the light glow brighter as you allow yourself to remember what you already know. You can trust yourself. Allow this sense of clarity to ripple through your body. Finally, bring your focus to the top of your head. See a gentle violet or white light pouring down from above, like soft rain or moonlight to source to all that is. Allow yourself to receive. Feel this energy flow into your crown, down your spine and into every cell of your body, and it lives within you.

Speaker 1:

Now imagine all seven lights Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, yellow green blue, indigo, violet swirling together like a radiant, shimmering current of energy. Feel yourself aligned. Now you are whole, you are wise, you are clear, grounded, open and powerful. Repeat to yourself, silently or aloud I remember who I am. I trust my wisdom. I trust my wisdom. I am ready to show up as all of me. Take a deep breath in and a long, slow exhale out, gently returning to your body. When you're ready, wiggling your fingers and toes, maybe smiling on the inside. I'm going to count from five, four, three, two and one. When you're ready, open your eyes, namaste.
