Buying a Swimming Pool Vacuum System is a big investment and I am often asked if it is better to purchase it with or without the cart. I think it depends on the usage, your service area terrain and if investing in a full vacuum system is really worth it. I have used them both ways and will go over some of the pros and cons of having a cart and going without one.
