Lesley began her career as a tax attorney in a large firm, but through her self-described "choose your own adventure career", she found her way into attorney recruiting for Thompson Coburn and has done so for the last two years. Lesley and Melinda discuss the effects of remote work on incoming associates, as well as how to decide what kind of lawyer you ultimately want to become. Lesley also offers a few pieces of advice for new law school grads and seasoned lawyers alike.
