Pastor Carolyn Hetrick and Pastor Scott Schul of Grace Lutheran Church, State College, PA begin a four week series, "To You The Messenger Has Come." Each week we consider one of four women who are told they will play a role in shaping the understanding of God involved in history and the lineage of the people. As we prepare for Advent, awaiting not only the celebration of the birth of Jesus but anticipating the return of Christ, these stories are part of the foundation of God with us.
