Le Soapbox
Le Soapbox is a podcast dedicated to informing young people, and particularly young black people, on subjects that affect us everyday. The phrase, “getting on your soapbox” is used for those who are sharing their views unabashedly on a given subject at a given time. Each week, while weaving in soundbites and clips from some of the greatest black minds we have ever heard, Baudelaire hops on his soapbox to dive into one topic or person specifically, to share some things you probably didn’t know while sharing some of his own views as well.

Episode 4
Black men have specific obstacles in America that no other people can relate to. The complexities of what it means to be a man and that understanding as one grows up is only multiplied in its difficulty by the systemic barriers in our society that black men must overcome. Today on Le Soapbox, Baudelaire speaks on mentorship, and how though it will not completely fix all the problems black men face today, it could make a noticeable difference.
